The rooftop restaurant was disappointing. Portions were small. Disappointed with sheets not changed at all during 10 days. Room service was late in evening. The booking was frustrating as 3 debit cards were rejected. This caused annoyance . We were anxious also because of the 2 different names on hotel Best Western and Hotel Mediterranean. We were afraid it was a scam .

The reception and breakfast staff were good. The location was very good. The breakfast was very good.

Got a room on the ground floor with no balcony. A shame, when all the photos shows a room with balcony.

The king size family room was very noisy, we commented this to the staff but no solution was proposed. At the breakfast, each day you have to explain why you are not at their check-list eventhough we demonstrated the vauchers. The elevator is small and slow. Generally, the hotel needs a renovation

Location is very closed to city center, beaches and shops. King size family room was nice and clean but extremely noisy (during the night and morning). Breakfast is nice, the hotel team for breakfast is not well trained and diligent.

Having to beg the staff to clean the room or at least provide fresh bathroom towels.

Great location, near the pedestrian zone and the beach. At the reception they provide the guess with beach towels and sun umbrellas, which is great. The hotel has it's own garage, which is convenient, although a bit pricey.

We have received our room at 4 P.M. and the bathroom was very dirty, so the room was not ready, also I have booked a privilege room and there was no slippers and bathrobe in the room , no coffee capsules. I chose this hotel especially because I thought that Best Western is a safe choice, I was very disappointed.

Superb location with secure private, paid parking. The room was a generous size, well appointed, modern and clean with air con. Excellent quality buffet style breakfast.

We only had one set of towels for 4 people. Parking was full despite of me writing to reception in advance to reserve a place, so we had to go to another parking and carry all the bags.

Parking, I was told parking for my motorcycle was only available for 1 night then I would have to move it. I paid for 1 night and parked in a car bay. However on the -2 sub parking area was a dedicated motorcycle parking area. Which when I asked at reception the older lady said I could park there, no problem. A more pragmatic approach the day before would have solved this issue. Great work from the check in lady on day 3 though.

Dining room staff not great . Rooftop bartender not great , liked her phone more than serving .

We loved the location, a bit apart from the busy areas of Menton, but still very convenient, and with a wonderful sandwich shop next door.
