GermanyThe booking process didn't go through. We had to wait about 45min and I had to call the booking hotline + write several emails until the booking arrived in the hotel's system. Appearantly we were not the only ones to whom this happened. We met 3 other couples while we were in the lobby. The workers there was nice, it wasn't his fault...but obviously a glitch in the BOOKING-system.
The bathroom was very small, especially the sink & the shower - but ok for one night.

SudanThe rooms are small and tight. The bathroom and the shower are for all. No private bathroom or toilet. The parking is not spacious enough and tight.
The hotel has a good team who receiving the people. They are smart and the miles always there on their lips. They are professionals. I recommend this hotel only for one night stay and no more.

United StatesThe room had been smoked in. All the showers had broken fixtures. The manager refused to interact with me because I did not speak French. Maybe she needs to work in the hotel across the street that is now a migrant/asylum hostel. The people there speak good French.
The staff were nice but the manager needs to find a new job. She is rude and unhelpful.

MoroccoIn F1 of Lille when I “ checked in ” it was a Moroccan guy very nice, he quick did check in when I arrived, he organized everything before I come, in F1 of Perpignan, the Moroccan lady was very slow, I was very tired and when I arrived the door was close outside, I was ringing and the wind was so cold and so fast waiting to open the door more than 5 min !! And when I enter by car and come to the reception, it was hard for her to check if I paid or not !! She needed 10 min or more to check if everything was ok ! In my email I had the paiement done !! And in her computer, she needed more than 10 min to check if I paid or not !!!! The same thing happened I saw a guy waiting outside and I came to tell her please open the door they are waiting for you !!
