Perfectly clean and has great location, 10 mins to beaches and old town by walk. The stuff was very welcoming and friendly. Nicely decorated rooms, you have everything you need, even Netflix. We stayed for 7 days, not a single issue. Totally recommend.

We have stayed at many different hotels across Europe, but Hotel Ammi truly stands out as the best experience we’ve had in recent years. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth and hospitality. The hotel is wonderfully child-friendly, which made our stay especially comfortable as a family. Everything we were hoping for, we found here: a perfect location close to the city center, spotless cleanliness, and a serene, peaceful atmosphere. We used Nice as our base for day trips to the surrounding towns, and every time we returned, it felt like coming home. The complimentary coffee and wine were thoughtful touches that added even more charm to our stay. Hotel Ammi exceeded all our expectations — thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The sound proofing can be better, especially the doors as some noise from cleaning/maintaining/etc. is coming through.

Only challenge was some noisy neighbours, returning to their adjacent room at 2am. But you can run into such behaviour anywhere.

Modern and very clean. Definitely glad we opted for the larger 31m room with a family of four. Superb location within easy walking distance to the old town and coast.

Everything was excellent. We arrived late, but Maria informed us so well about everything that we had no problems with the check-in. The apartment is right in the city center, just a minute from the main square.

There is no place to pull up in front of the hotel to unload bags without completely stopping traffic. The super nice hotel staff, Mehdi, came to my car a block away to help me with my bags which was very nice. I’ve learned to not get a rental car in Nice whatsoever. It’s a big pain to find parking and drive in general.

Great location, very cute decor and vibes throughout the hotel. Super comfortable bedding and great amenities in the room and in the hotel lobby. Loved the complimentary mini croissants every day!

I truly loved my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was already set up, so walking into a cool, refreshing room on a hot summer day was such a relief. I was also welcomed with a personalized card, which was a thoughtful touch that made me feel genuinely cared for. Every detail reflected the hotel’s attentiveness. The cleanliness and facilities were excellent — everything was well-maintained and of high quality. What impressed me most was the staff: always warm, helpful, and professional. Their service made my stay even more enjoyable. I felt truly welcomed throughout my visit. Highly recommended!

No elevator but you can ask the staff to assist you with the luggage.

We were not informed that there was ongoing renovation both inside the hotel and right next to it, making it very noisy and impossible to relax. The shared areas of the hotel were dirty, and our room had clearly been smoked in, masked only by heavy perfume. Overall, my experience was very negative, and I would not recommend this accommodation.

The location is great – close to the city center and easily accessible. The furniture is modern and stylish.
