United KingdomWe booked on booking.com purely because of the Michelin starred restaurant. However we were not made aware throughout the booking process that it was closed on Sundays and this was only flagged on completion of the booking. When I asked to cancel, I was made aware there were no refunds available upon cancellation. I was very disappointed in this.

CyprusThe hotel is in an excellent location walking distance to the castle. Very quiet and serene area. The staff is cery polite and friendly. The room was very nice and spacious. It loved the restaurant, the decoration but because we have stayed only one night we didnt find the time to go for dinner but am sure it should have been very nice.If i would ever go again to cascarsone i would definetly stat there again.

United KingdomWe enjoyed our stay at this Beautiful Hotel.We were greeted on arrival by a friendly member of staff who checked us in and showed us to our room.We had booked the Junior suite which was fantastic. The size of the room and the layout made our stay super comfortable. The most special experience was having breakfast in our room on the balcony .The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice ordered through their app. We also loved the location ten minutes to the Town. Unfortunately didn't get time to sample the food in the La Table de Franck Putelat which looked amazing .

We loved everything about this place. Beautiful interior design, the little complimentary pastries, huge and delicious breakfast served in the room for no extra charge and, of course, the hot tub. Staff were friendly and really helpful. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked beautiful. A bit off the beaten track so away from the hustle and bustle of the historic centre but within walking distance of it - best of both worlds for us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. A ten minute walk from the ancient city , ideally located in a quiet area , secure off road parking . The room was comfortable and stylish and the outdoor terrace was amazing - large with hot tub . The reception staff met us as we got out of the car and showed us to the room . After explaining the features of the room , including the electronic blinds , she brought us a lovely welcome drink to have with the fruit , biscuits and chocolates that were waiting in the room . The little details and touches are what makes this hotel feel truly 5 star . Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice and again the staff were very attentive and friendly . Breakfast could be taken in the restaurant or in your room . We tried both . We ate at the 2 Star Michelin restaurant on one evening , which was a fantastic experience . The food and service were amazing and it was nice to meet Chef . A massive plus for us was this hotel is dog friendly and they welcomed our little dog .

Absolutely incredible stay at Hotel Le Parc possibly the best place we’ve ever stayed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was a junior suite with plenty of room and a large sitting area as well as an am balcony which we ate breakfast on every morning. The breakfast was plentiful and you order your own the evening before. Sheep yogurt with fruit was very tasty in fact everything about this hotel is first class. Definitely a place for special occasions as it’s not cheap however, it is worth every penny.

United KingdomLittle wardrobe space, the air conditioner wasn’t very effective and so the room was very warm, would have liked a bar - there was nowhere in the hotel to get drinks or snacks other than the mini bar. The breakfast was amazing but, you had to order what you wanted the day prior. This lead to over ordering and food waste.
