Clean and good location

The most uncomfortable ‘bed’ that I e ever slept on, just a foam topper on a bed frame. I woke up with awful back ache

- The front staff were great - The water machine with cool still/sparkling water was great, as was the free hot drinks machine, especially the hot chocolate 🙃 - The buffet breakfast was good - The enclosed garden was great, not many hotels in this area at this price have this and it was great for playing hide and seek with my 6 year old!

Cleanliness

We loved that our room felt more like a suite than a room! spacious and was cleaned everyday! and we loved that it was in the patio! we're coming back!

Maybe a little upgrade to the breakfast,since we stayed for 6 days it was a little bit tiring with eggs and bacon! but it was good also! nothing to complain! the staff were so attentive and friendly!

The room was a bit small for 3, but nothing major

Location poor … the area is a bit run down and seedy . Air con wasn’t working in our room. Staff were incredible, especially Charlene. Breakfast was okay. Complimentary hot drinks and water. Great value all round … sufficient for a short stay.

Location and Air con not working

Really good location close to railway station , room was clean with good facilities , tea and coffee downstairs free , nice outdoor courtyard and the staff were great friendly and helpful definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

The room is extremely small for a family. Once the sofa bed is used, there is absolutely no room to move around. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and worn out, the sofa bed is even worse. The air condition was very poor and not cooling, the room was very hot. The windows have no insulation, so it’s as loud, as on the street. It was awful.

Room stunk of faeces

Good location, excellent and accommodating staff. The cleaning can be improved, rooms smell not good. Air conditioning perfect in the middle of the heat wave. Breakfast very good.

The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the metro and various city attractions. The staff at the front desk are particularly kind, polite, and helpful. I was grateful for the Bag storage service after checkout, if you still have a couple of hours before departure.

Perhaps more complimentary items like mineral water or coffees, and tea within the rooms. They did have some at the lobby, though.

It was ok & im a good location.

No twin bed (as booked and requested by email). Overpriced for what it is.

Location, window view.

At first, we were given a room with a strong smell of dirty socks. The staff tried to air it out, but we also discovered that the sink was clogged and the water wouldn’t drain. We were then moved to another room, which unfortunately had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Overall, the hotel feels very tired, outdated, and in need of renovation.

Location was central, close to Gare de Lyon. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. We could store our luggage after checkout. There is a lovely breakfast cafe right next door, on the corner.

The room was small for a family of three, and especially when using the sofa as a bed. For two nights it was OK.
