We had a basic room and the bathroom and bathtub/shower were old and dirty and needed some repairs.

Great breakfast, perfect location! Outside area for relaxing by the river is very nice! This was our second trip to this hotel. Last time we stayed in the apartment which is very nice compared to the standard room.

Sad that the room was cold and they did not turn on the radiator, we had a very cold night. They did provide us with extra comforter but that couldn't fix the issue.

The atmosphere, the hospitality of staff, the comfort of the room, the balcony and the river and Mountain view, everything is good. The breakfast is impressive and the garden outside the breakfast room is very nice.

The continental breakfast set-up. It felt spread out everywhere in the restaurant room, not a big issue, and the coffee quality could use some improvement.

Our allocated room was not the best as the balcony area was not a pleasant place to sit.

Very good location. The public areas are lovely and the breakfast is served in a light and airy room with super mountain views. Our room was very clean and reception staff were very helpful.

Staff’s knowledge about the town and attractions/activities are uneven. Some staff has zero knowledge and could use some peer learning or proper training.

The is located at a beautiful river side and so convenient to go everywhere. From my room and my huge outside patio, I can see Mont Blanc clearly while listening the soothing sounds of snow water river running. 5 minutes walking to Train Station. Several bus lines within 1 or 2 minute walking distances. The Main Street through the town is 100 meter away. Breakfast is so rich and good, fresh fruits, bakeries, juices, cheeses , meats, fresh cooked boiled brown eggs and more. 24-hour staff onsite services, tea/coffee 24 hours, homemade cakes every afternoon. All staffs are polite and try very hard to be helpful. Shoutout to marvelous Sam. She is so eager to help and extremely knowledgeable about the town and surrounding areas. I had the best time of my life on the trail and it’s surrounding small towns/French farms she recommended to me. Best valued hotel in Chamonix!

The rooms are a little small, but no problem for us.

Comfotable hotel in a fantastic location and wonderful staff. Magnificent mountain views from our balcony. The complimentary valley train ticket, and the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby are a very nice touch. Our second stay, thank you again.
