The double bed did have only blanket for a single bed ! Fortunately i was in July so not that cold !

Great location at base of walk up to Cite. Restaurants nearby. Possible to walk from station -easy and flat. Bernard and Nikolai are the most welcoming, friendly hosts, who obviously take great pleasure in what they do. Excellent freshly prepared breakfast, always with a happy smile. Our bathroom viewed the Cite. Our best stay in Europe.

We had a wonderful stay at Face Cité! Conveniately located near the Cité with a stunning view of the Cité, only a 10 minute walk up there along a street with many restaurants. There is free onsite parking for one vehicle per room in the ground floor garage. The rooms are on the first floor. There is a common breakfast room and a lovely outdoor terrace with an awning, several seating options and the same view. We slept in the blue room, it was extremely comfortable and spacious, beautifully decorated and with a gorgeous bathroom. Our hosts were wonderfully accommodating, polite and nice, and we had a lovely on site prepared breakfast the morning of our stay. Will 100 % recommend, would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had such a wondeful stay at Face Cité, Our hosts were very friendly and catered to our every need. The room waw large , very clean and had a large comfortable bed. The view of the old city from the window was wonderful. Breakfast was full and tasty and served on a mid balcony area , with more views of the old city. The added bonus of a secure parking garage was perfect for our needs we will definatelt be back in the future and would recommend property to future visitors

Bernard was very helpful and wait for us in front of house, and let us to check in early. He also turn on the AC before we get in. the parking is sercurity in the garage. the room is morden and clean, even you can see the castal on the bed. Bernard and Nikolai were exceptional hosts to prepare very good varied, tasty and just generally excellent breakfirst,

Just everything was wonderful, from the lovely friendly greeting, helping with private enclosed parking, exceptionally clean and comfortable room, and of course a great view. Couldn't fault it, great place to stay and visit both new and old Cite

Close to everything

Small apartment type setting, beautiful and quirky decor with very pleasant welcoming hosts. Provided an amazing breakfast and great recommendations with regard to restaurants, etc. Secure parking a real bonus as we could walk to old city etc.

Exterior facade somewhat hid the gem behind the doors so was a little tricky to find but the host was looking out for us and assured us we were in correct location.

Everything was perfect - the hosts were very welcoming. It was spotlessly clean - bed was comfy and the air conditioning was great ( temp was 36c while we there). The garage parking was good too. Would recommend this place. An easy walk to the city- lots of choice of restaurants very close by

Bernard and Nicolas were amazing hosts, the property is in a great location being a 10 minute walk to the Cite, which is viewable from the balcony whilst having breakfast. We wish we had booked to stay longer but had time constraints on our road trip so could only stay 2 nights. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Carcassonne.

The property was positioned superbly for our purpose. Bernard and Nikolai were exceptional hosts. The whole place was immaculate with very comfortable beds and well appointed rooms and breakfast each morning was excellent.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like about the property. It was outstanding.

Great location - only 10 minutes walk to the Cité. Parking is very easy. Hosts are very kind and helpful. Room has air conditioning which is really important for surviving a hot day. We love the room with view of the Cité.

The breakfasts were homemade, varied, tasty and just generally excellent. And, the view of the castle from our bedroom window was breathtaking.

The location was terrific - an easy walk to the castle and to local restaurants. The view from our bedroom window was just spectacular! Bernard was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful in many ways. He and Nikolai served us a lovely and substantial breakfast each morning.

Beautiful property within easy walking distance of the historical walled city and restaurants. Parking was safe. The room was airy and had a stunning view particularly as night fell. The hosts were both charming and welcoming. Breakfast was great.

Great place. Super clean. Good breakfast. See the Castle from the window or the breakfast balcony. The owners are great. The location is walking distance from the city hub and the amazing castle which is a must see.safe garage parking.
