It would have been perfect if say 4 coffee capsules for the coffee machine were provided and some fresh milk and a larger selection of tea bags. Not everybody travels with these in their luggage and for a hotel of this quality this should not be overlooked.

So clean, quiet and very comfortable indeed. Wonderful bed and linen quality. Very nice welcome. We shall return for sure.

Everything was great. My only concern is if there were a fire in the property, the top floor is accessed via a very narrow staircase, and there is no fire escape route from the top floor. This isn't a criticism of the Hotel, more so of the authorities, who should be addressing these issues. We have found similar situations in many Hotels in France.

A very comfortable Hotel with lovely staff. More a high class B&B than a hotel, as it didn't have a bar after the reception closed but our stay was out of season, but it suited us perfectly. Fantastic breakfast spread. Short walk to restaurant's, shops and seafront. We really enjoyed our stay.

I was not expecting the suite to be on two floors but that was probably me not reading closely enough. Just more convenient to have the bathroom on the same level as the bedroom.

Nothing - everything was excellent but id the Hôtel management wanted to be even better it would have been lovely to find small packets of milk for the black tea or to put in coffee from the machine in the room.

Lovely decor, good private parking, close to restaurants, very helpful staff, room very comfortable, fresh ingredients for breakfast and good selection of products.

Although we did not have a dog with us this time we plan to get one soon and they don’t accept dogs - at the moment anyway!!!

Beautifully restored and refurbished. High standard of care and attention to detail throughout. Excellent choice at breakfast, ample garden furniture tastefully set out on patio, staff fabulous.

We had a twin bedded room. Our beds were very narrow and not the most comfortable.

This hotel was in a good location with parking provided. It was an easy walk into the centre of St Valery. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious

The staircase up to the bedroom is narrow and twisting; this should be mentioned in the desscription. In summer it should be possible to avoid canned fruit.

Only a couple of coffee pods in room. More were available in main building but a few more in room would have been nice. Also some milk too.

It is a short walk up a hill from the town if that is a consideration but, when in Saint Valerie you really must stay here!

Exceptional hotel & outstandingly friendly and helpful staff! Great for a solo cyclist! Recently and beautifully converted Manor House with some rooms in the out buildings. A great breakfast as well. It deserves a score of 11 out of 10!

We did have a slightly issue with access to our room using the card, however we notified the staff so hopefully this will be sorted for future guests.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. It's in a great location, the grounds and the rooms are lovely and the staff are very attentive - nothing is too much trouble.

This is a lovely hotel to stay in for a break in charming St Valery sur Somme, in a quiet location yet close enough to the centre of the town. We had a bright and sunny room, spotlessly clean, well-appointed. The breakfast was good, with high quality ingredients (including smoked trout, a range of cheeses, scrambled eggs, Viennoiseries, etc). There is also a very comfortable lounge to relax in. All the staff were very welcoming and especially helpful when we had a problem with our car, which they helped us to get sorted out. They also provided good recommendations for local restaurants and helped with booking these (for many, booking is essential).

This property is gorgeous and well located with a fun history. The room, although small was beautiful and the large bathroom was great! This is the kind of place where you should stay multiple nights to be able to enjoy all the downstairs rooms they have to relax in!

Easy to find with a warm welcome after a long drive with easy parking, and they have 2 EV chargers to use (best to reserve). The Receptionist showed us to our room, and also gave very clear instructions on how to access the hotel later that night using the gate key code and our room key for the side entrance. Our room was lovely with a large comfortable bed and good views. It was also very quiet and peaceful for our one night stay.
