United KingdomVery well equipped, compact apartment, just enough for two adults and two children. Joan was a great host and very responsive. Great location in the centre of Cap d'Ail and also close to Mala beach. Near the bus stop which goes to Monaco. The sea view terrace is a great addition. We especially liked how the spaces were maximised in the apartment and how every detail has been thought of. There was nothing that was lacking and the air-conditioning is definitely a bonus.

United StatesMinor things, really. Free parking is a little far: rented spot in a lot up the street, but you can bring the car to drop off and pick up luggage. The apartment is not in, but next to the big house in the pictures: easier access
The host, Joan, was super nice, meeting us and showing us everything. The room is a studio and felt like a large hotel room with separate kitchen and walk out patio with a sea view. Clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, with coking and cleaning needs: oven, microwave, fridge, and even a small dishwasher. Grocery, restaurants and bus are steps from the apartment. Very close to Nice, Eze, and Monaco. Take 15 minute hike from apartment to Mala beach. You won’t regret the view from the public portion of the beach.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our young children. As the reviews say, the owner Joan was very helpful and comfortable. It was relaxing to have breakfast with coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. Free drinks in the fridge and a washing machine and detergent are also provided. There is a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy nearby so nothing is too much trouble. The kids loved the Netflix set up in Japanese. I have traveled to over 30 countries and stayed in many different places, but I would recommend this place. In the past, I have had many unsuccessful experiences in choosing hotels. I want to come back again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart😊⚽️

Joan is a very kind host with personal attention to make sure the stay is good. We stayed here with our two small children. The property can be reached by car to unload the luggage / drop of family after a trip and the car can then be parked on private parking a small walk (with stairs) away. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the kitchen but it had all one would need. Main bed is very comfortable and the sofabed was good for our children. We especially liked the terras in the back where we sat when the children were sleeping. All in all a perfect place to stay close to Monaco!

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a modern apartment. It has been recently refurbished, with an equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is well connected , you can take the bus right in front into Monaco and has both public and private parking options. The owners are very friendly, service oriented and helpful and take care of their property and guests.

South KoreaIt would be really good if there is continuous supply of hot water even for the long shower. I guess we have to wait after consuming certain amount hot water until it is heated up again. While I was searching for washing detergent and opened a door of sink, it smelled little bit from a not completely dried cleaning cloth. I guess the cleaning person did in that way.
Above all I like the bedding. It was super clean and high quality white cotton like that one of luxurious hotel. Also the floor of apartment was really clean. Joan & David was one of the kindest hosts who I have experienced so far, and they were willing to help me whenever I had questions about restaurants, public transportation, and itinerary in that area. That meant a lot to me because I had unexpected change in my schedule and felt quite embarrassed. They try to help me from the bottom of their heart. I can’t thank enough for Joan & David and am going to remember the stay as safe, comforting and supported.

We only had the one night at DAJO - but loved it. Right in the centre of Cap-d'Ail, but very quiet - so easy to get necessary items. A perfect verandah area to sit and enjoy a wine, and the room has everything you could need. A very functional kitchen, good bathroom, and very comfortable bed. If you are driving, you can get access to the property by car for 10 minutes to drop off and pick up bags - and where you do this from is only metres from the door. Very easy access. But the key to DAJO is the owner - Joan. She is fantastic! She helped with our earlier than normal arrival; checked constantly on us by WhatsApp that all was ok; sent very detailed instructions on how to get access to the property; and left us with the most amazing gifts for our stay.
