The pull-out sofa bed, even though it was comfortable, in my opinion devalues the room. There is enough space for a regular bed. It’s a minor thing and I would still love renting this apartment next time we are in the area.

Location was fantastic. The room is clean and decent size. Table on the balcony with partial view of the beach. We didn’t use the kitchen but it is available. Coffee pods provided. Elevator in the building. Late arrival and checkout was accommodated, which we are grateful for.

Responsive and flexible host. She let us in before checking time. The apartment location is convenient, close to the sea, town center, and railway station. Everything you need is in the accommodation: kitchen wear, kettle, coffee machine. Clean bedding and comfortable sofa. Good bathroom.

Very convenient for the croisette and only 200 metres from the beach. Also food shops nearby and numerous restaurants. An excellent location. Even beach umbrellas for use on a public beach were provided - very convenient unless you wanted to pay 70 euros per person per day on a private beach. Christina, who manages the property, is very helpful.

There is no space to keep your luggage after check-out.

Christina was very nice and friendly. She met me and told me about the studio and did a quick introduction to the city and food. The studio is clean and modern and equipped with everything you may need. And it is very safe, with two locked doors downstairs. The location was excellent.

Christina went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Very helpful. The apartment was perfectly located, 2min walk to the beach. Sofa bed was incredibly comfortable and great kitchen suitable for cooking.

Well, a proper bed would be a 'nice to have', but the sofa bed was perfectly fine...I wasn't there throughout most of the day, so no issues. Was there a safe in the apartment - don't think there was, would be nice to have for the future.

Location, location, location! Great access to the Palais des Congresses, a lovely quiet apartment, excellent facilities throughout the apartment, no issues with a sofa bed, good bathroom and lots of hot water, large TV and Box, although never turned them on! Ironing board and a hoover as well! Great host, good communication on lead up to arrival - would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Good security too...

There was nothing we didn’t like about the flat .

I spent a wonderful weekend with my wife at the end of October in this amazing apartment. The apartment itself is well-equipped, well thought ,clean , cozy and light . It is comfortably located, there are lots of cafes , restaurants , shops nearby . Christine is really helpful and always available.

Perfect accommodation. Excellent location, the host is also excellent. Everything is clean, nicely arranged. The first thing that caught our eyes was that he had everything in the apartment, even small things: pencils, mosquito repellent, parasol, umbrella. We will certainly return to this accommodation when we come to Cannes again.

You can hear everything from the streets. Pots and pans are very unhandy without any handles. No hand wash soap in the bathroom
