Switzerland1. apart from the very practical electrical points by the beds, the other points for charging phones and computers were located at the bottom of various walls, which required us either to put phones and computers on the floor, risking tripping, or having the electrical cables hanging through the walking areas by the kitchen table and dining table, again risking tripping. it would be really great if there was a bank of electrical points either at the top of the kitchen table, or by the cabinets in the living room, at a higher level, and with better ease of use. 2. kitchen sink had no towel, but we needed one to dry dishes and dry our hands.
1. we were enchanted with the hotel and especially the staff, who were so very welcoming, friendly and helpful. our very sincere compliments and congratulations - the quality of the people was truly outstanding. 2. we had a very spacious and pleasant apartment, with balconies and sunlight across both sides, and a lot of room. it was so welcoming that it felt like home, except bigger! the overall design of the spaces was great: uncluttered, "simple" luxury, ie beautiful but unpretentious sophistication. it was clear that everything had been very smartly thought through and set up for both beautiful enjoyment and functional use, eg a lot of cupboard and wardrobe space along the walls, toilets placed very adequately, the great kitchen installation, the dining area positioned ideally between the two balconies, and the beautiful balconies themselves. 3. the meals were very tastefully prepared with delicious regional ingredients. 4. the bathroom amenities were lovely, high quality French brands.

BelgiumJust a little improvement of the turndown and make up of the room. We were only supplied with 1 big bottle of water on our arrival day, the next days nothing was provided. Except for small bottles during nights 2 & 3 turndown. Bed mattress is firm to sleep on. Airconditioning is not cooling the room properly, it was showing 23⁰C and doesn't go lower.
We had a smooth check-in. Interior is amazing. All staff were great, from the front desk, breakfast & room service, housekeeping, and valet. Special mention to Rita from the front desk who did an excellent job, especially attending to our needs. In-room dining was impeccable. The food was delicious!
