Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very busy area as we are next to the main lifts to Jandri ski lifts. Lorraine and Maeve helped us with hotel. Maeva was always looking for a way to help us with information and with opening the cork on our bottle. Very good employee.

BelgiumIn the description it said we could park nearby and didn't need to book. Upon arrival they told us that it was a parking that was more than 1km away. We didn't expect that and it was lashing rain so bit inconvenient. Positive: The parking was free of charge and you have buses going through town and past the parking free of charge ( your tourist tax). It is actually ok but we think the description of nearby parking should be rephrased.
We really liked the very friendly staff. Breakfast had a lot of options which was also good - I liked that I could squeeze some fresh oranges. There were also other vegetables and fruits - so you could blend your own mix. It is very central and right next to the tourist office and one of the main lifts.
