We loved our stay at the Jay Hotel. The location was great, near the beach and not too far of a walk to the Old Town or the main train station. The staff were so helpful and service was personalised which made us feel really comfortable. We loved the room - it was very spacious especially for France, lots of natural light and modern feel.

Location was great, just a couple of blocks from the water. We had been traveling for a few weeks and there was laundry just across the street.

Jay Hotel came to our rescue when our flight was cancelled. They greeted us with open arms after a terrible night, and made our situation and surprise stay a lot better instantly. The hotel was charming, modern and spotless. The room, while on the smaller side, was very lovely, clean and with a big, comfortable bed. The complimentary beach supplies were certainly welcome.

Quaint hotel close to ocean and old city! Very spacious for European accommodation! Lovely staff and very comfortable! Great to access restaurants, little shops and even small markets to get drinks and fruit. Very kind of hotel to share a surprise for a special occasion too! Merci 💛

After our flight was canceled just an hour before departure, we had to quickly find a new hotel and booked this one around 10 PM for the same night. We arrived frustrated – but the warm and friendly welcome at reception immediately lifted our spirits. We were even upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The suite was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom well stocked with toiletries. Our next flight wasn’t until the evening, so we were able to leave our luggage at reception and enjoy the day in the city stress-free. The location is perfect – central and convenient. We’d definitely come back.

5 mins walk to the beach but in a back street which is relatively quiet and nice neighborhood. Friendly staff. Gave us free early check in - well appreciated after a long overnight flight. Suggested a great bakery for breakfast and also a great French restaurant for dinner.

It was a really nice discovery. Great location, one minute away from the Promenade. We got an upgraded small appartment with a living room / desk and the sleeping room. Separate shower and toilet and a well equipped kitchen.

The room we stayed in was a suite therefore spacious but an odd design with a porthole for a window in a hexagonal shaped living area .Decor was very dated .Not enough utensils to cook with .TV in living room had chrome cast but it was difficult to find , and no instructions on how to use,the staff were surprised the tv even had chrome cast?Bedroom TV didn’t have chrome cast at all therefore no access to streaming channels

Close to the promenade of Nice and short walking distance to train and tram station .,therefore easy to get to airport and surrounds. Good restaurants in the street. All staff friendly ,welcoming and helpful Very good breakfast supplied ,plus coffee and filtered water available in lobby anytime of day

Staff is very friendly. 10 min walk up the street to main train station. Close to Negresc hotel off the promenade Anglais. Walking distance to old flower market and Place Massena. Hotel bed is very comfortable and ac works excellent. Free water and coffee. Breakfast is only 12€.

There is some problem with the shower drain system and the water was flooding but we got our room changed very quickly.
