How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Booked the night before arriving at Disneyland Paris. Arrived late from a delayed crossing. Rooms were clean, comfortable and met expectation. Room was large. Bathroom a little tired but good.

We stayed on the third floor far from the elevator. The overhead lights in the hall were not on day or night. It made for a dark walk back to our room which was uncomfortable.
The room was quiet. The staff were super nice. The hotel overall met my expectations.

The need to take a security deposit of 50 euros on arrival. The reception staff have to work on the reception and bar in the evening so you can be waiting 10-15 minutes before being served. The fridges were broken in the bar so all drinks apart from beer were warm. In the conservatory they have arcade machines that only accept 2euro coins but they is no where to get change. We had my 3 grandsons who were really upset because we didn’t have any change and the reception or bar were not able to exchange any for us! Either get a change machine or get rid of the arcade! The garden area needs attention, it was scruffy and the outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable.
Location to Disney and train station into Paris. Free parking.

I was however very disappointed that the spa comes at the price of 50€ an hour!! It should have been made more clear. It’s partly on me as I didn’t think to check (and I see it now right at the bottom of the listing) but I did ask them on email if it was open and it could have been mentioned then. This would be my new go-to if this had not been the case. But I will probably go elsewhere. I have never heard of such an expense. I understand it’s a budget hotel but that was too much.
Good location for Disney. Nice modern look. Decent parking. Coffee machine was a nice touch. The family room was fine. Very small. I mean VERY small. Only just room for a double and bunk beds. But we were so tired after Disney it was not an issue.

Nice hotel in a good location, around a 10/15 minute drive from DLP, Center Parcs and Val D’Europe shopping centre. The staff were friendly, the decor wasn’t to my taste but our room was clean and comfortable and the parking was great too.

The need of car/taxi to reach Disney and Val D’Europe. Also, on the expensive side

It's alright really, i just think i'd rather have a microwave in the room than a coffee maker as a budget traveller. It's just me, not them. I'm not their target audience. But overall very comfortable
the AC works, which is the most essential, beds are nice, staff is very kind and gave us some ice for our drinks in the room. Bit pricey but its near Disneyland so can't complain really.

Family room was small.
Property easy to find with plentiful parking and an easy check-in. Located close to Disneyland so stayed here the night before to get the most out of the trip to DLP

The rooms were incredibly hot and the aircon/fans didn’t do much to help. The spa wasn’t open on the days we stayed which was a shame. The breakfast was quite expensive for the offering, but aside from this, all in all the stay was excellent value.
Beautiful hotel, well designed and very close to Disney & other tourist attractions. Hotel was clean and had a friendly feel to it. Loved sitting in the bar area of reception on an evening with family. Absolutely loved the games room too- perfect for children. The staff were so so friendly and lovely.

In-room facilities were pretty basic, Smart TV was not enabled to use the streaming services so left with very limited terrestrial TV.
Very friendly staff, great location in relation to Disney, very comfortable beds.
