Juliette was a great host! Friendly, easy to deal with and very accommodating. The place was amazing, easy to get around, being close to public transport, great balcony with stunning sunrise & Paris views from 10th floor. Apartment was clean & tidy, everything we could ask for.

Totally recommend this studio. You have everything you need. For those who travel with a small kid, you’ll find some toys and you can count on the blinders as they are efficient to darken the room. Excellent air conditioning. You’ll also get an iron, hairdryer. Very well located, metro 7 very close or 14 at walking distance, supermarket at ground floor. It is very quiet. We had a very pleasant stay. Ah, forgot to mention how extremely clean it is. ✨

Exceptionally clean. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. Very secure. Right next to a Metro station. Well equipped. Restaurants and shops close by. Communication with the owner was excellent. Altogether a fabulous place to stay.

The elevator (to the 10th floor) broke down one day, but Juliette kept me informed of repair updates. The disruption was minimal.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Juliette communicated entry access and deposit policies very clearly and in a friendly manner. Beausoleil is also very conveniently located to the Metro station. Loved having my breakfast or end of day snack on the balcony with my view of the Eiffel Tower.

While the free parking in the building was a great plus, the parking is very very tight and difficult to maneuver, even with 2 people and parking sensors. Not impossible, but just very stressful. It is great if you only plan on parking your car for the duration of the stay, which is what we did, but if you plan on taking the car in and out everyday, it could be stressful with any medium or large car/SUV and nearly impossible with a large sedan/SUV.

Very clean and nicely decorated studio with a balcony. Pretty well equipped kitchen and had a coffee machine and kettle for tea. Clear and straightforward instructions to enter the building. Lots of brasseries and restaurants nearby, a supermarket below and the metro station is right across the street from the property.

This place truly had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was spotless and well-organized with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were modern and high quality. Even though it wasn’t in the city center, the location was super convenient, with easy access to metro station, shops, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The host Juliette was wonderful, welcoming and very responsive, provided clear instructions. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a seamless, enjoyable stay.

The Studio is neat and tidy. Juliette is very helpful. I appreciate her prompt response to my requests. I find the place is convenient to all amenities such as supermarket, bus stops and Metro, shopping centre, etc.

Location is about 30-40 minutes away by metro from main places to visit like The Louvre, Sacre Coeur, L' arc de Triomphe.

Excellent host, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The studio has new furniture and is kept very clean and tidy. Balcony was a plus for enjoying morning coffee or a smoke. There is a lift and acces codes for extra security for the property. You can find a supermarket just outside the building and places to eat within 5-10 minutes walk. Good connection with number 7 metro line which can take you anywhere in Paris. All in all it was a great experience and we will be staying again on our return to Paris. Thank you Juliette :)

Stressful garage entrance - narrow, slightly curved passage, difficult with bigger car. Nothing impossible but just be aware.

Beautiful, clever, well maintained place. Everything new and good quality. Free parking ( although stressful) Host - Juliette was super helpful, instructions provided super clear - a lot of codes and a bit of an escape room/treasure hunt vibe to get installed:) - but no issues at all!

I can’t recommend Beausoleil studio more. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing in the city. It has everything you need and Juliette thought about everything in the smallest details which I liked a lot. Very clean too and communication with Juliette was great. Would definitely stay here again when in Paris.

Nice apartments. The room is small, but very cozy, everything you needed was (microwave, electric stove, cups, glasses, plates, soap, shampoo, cutlery, hair dryer, coffee machine, kettle, TV, wi-fi). Balcony with a beautiful view of the modern part of the city. The room was super clean. The area is remote from the center but calm and close to the metro. Free parking space, but for small and medium-sized cars, my Chrysler PT was helped by my wife in parking, it would be difficult to park alone. Overall the impressions are good, I recommend it.
