Garden area scruffy

Convenient for the motorway, good location for restaurants. Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful. Newly decorated room.

Staff seemed to be a bit busy with other stuff, or talking amongst eachother. Checking in guests seemed to be secondary.

the location was just what we wanted, we were passing through Lyon to go South. So just a stopover. Breakfast pleasant, very fresh bread, that was lovely. Room very small, bathroom even smaller, but clean and quiet.

Motel type, looks a bit old and rusty, basic service in the room but overall alright. Deep dive cleaning in the bathroom would help as mold traces were apparent on joints

The rooms are very small and the outside is very scruffy. Not much bigger than a cross channel ferry cabin

Beds are wood like, airco is the same as a girl waiving her hands, standing two miles away. There is more mold than needed by a bakery in a year. The walls are so thin that you can hear your next door neighbor breathing. Not snoring. Breathing.

Room cleanliness, the floor was kinda dirty and overall not a great room with broken things, basically the bare minimum is done but that's it.

It was filthy, the rooms smelled of mould, the sink was broken, the shower curtain was mouldy, the bed sheets were stained. And no hot water. So surprised booking. Com even list it.

I just have a few suggestions that could improve the experience. A closet with shelves and a coat hanger would be nice. Also, adding some eggs (boiled or omelette) to the breakfast would be great. We did have a great time there and we'll come back for sure!

The room was very badly insulated. Might be different between rooms, but ours was so cold that we had to use towels to block the cold air coming from the main door... Heating system is ridiculously old as well and not very efficient, as window and door let cold air coming in. The room interiors are old, and don't smell healthy air. This is a very important point especially during cold seasons.

Good location for who needs to be around Lyon area, and not have to go downtown to have a place to sleep.

The room was so noisy we got under 1hr sleep. Part of the noise came from people walking above our room which sadly is under a public walkway banging and floorboards creaking all night. The cleanliness of the room was very poor with cobwebs, pubic hairs in the toilet, hairs on the shower wall, hairs on the fold down shower seat, sticky stuff on the table, sticky unusable shower gel dispensers. There were rusting pipes. My bedsheet had a hole in it. The air conditioning unit made an awful liquid dripping sound on and off all night. The general up keep of the room also left a lot to be desired. The tv for example had wires hanging. Also I am paralysed so in a wheelchair and the room was setup so I could not access the toilet due to table and chair blocking the path do we had to move furniture around. Absolutely no heating in the bathroom so it was absolutely freezing, couldn’t even leave the door open from the room as no blind on the window and it was so cold. Smell of cigarettes in room I would like to request a full refund as this was completely unacceptable.

It's just a very basic hotel. Don't expect much!

The hotel is basic but fine for a night. The bed is comfortable.

Nice setting, lots of green. Very quiet, comfortable bed. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, well worth having. We'll make this our stop for travelling between Spain and Germany from now on.
