There was no lift, so I had to carry all my luggages to 2nd floor, if you are planning to visit then plan accordingly.

Staff were down to earth, they welcomed us and guided to the rooms. The Breakfast was good and rooms were neat and clean.

Attitude of morning staff. My rental vehicle had broken down and she was not in a mood to help with translation.

B and B hotels are usually great. This one however was not so good. Long way from everywhere and local restaurant was bloody awful. Afternoon lady was ok but later on not so polite. Plenty of alternative places in the area.

No reception open during the day. Check-in at the machine was difficult. Couldn't use several of our cards for payment. Finally found one that was accepted. Not easy to get downtown using public transportation. No elevators, so be prepared for lots of stairs, depending on room location.

Room has air conditioning. Comfortable mattresses.

The room was meant to be a non smoking room but unfortunately it absolutely stunk of smoke. We don’t smoke so the smell was not very nice.

The family size room was off a really good size. The beds were very comfortable.

We arrived by car and there were no garages very close by to park. The closest was a 10-minute walk away, which is annoying with luggage. The facilities were pretty worn and sometimes not very pleasant to use. Some mold in the shower, little shelves by the bed that were about to fall off, etc. It was basically clean but spaces behind/under furniture and in corners were dirty. A couple times something fell behind furniture and in getting it out it was kind of gross. The apartment was so small it was difficult to use as an apartment. We did not cook any meals there because to do so we would have had to set up the kitchen in a way that it would be in the way of everything else. Very little space to store luggage or any kind of bags or things like that.

The location is interesting and quiet. It was easy to walk to pretty much any of the sites in Toulouse. This is a small studio apartment fashioned out of a room of an apartment. It is put together ad-hoc, but done fairly well. I did not meet anyone in person, but the online communication was very good, as were the instructions for check-in and suggestions for what to do.

I miss an elevator, despite we spent just two nights, travelling with kits involves carrying quite a lot of things.

I really liked the suite with a separate space for kids. Breakfast also was really nice.

Excellent overnight stay, has everything we were looking for, comfortable clean bed, and reasonable size clean bathroom, 2 nice big soft towels + third floor towel, hotel placed near highway, fenced parking, all for very acceptable price.

The noise. Someone was having a disco from their car, the smell of weed wafting through the window and very loud banging and screaming from children at midnight and beyond in room next door. No staff manning the premises after 9pm meant that nothing could be done.

A hairdryer would have been useful. There are several hotels from the same chain nearby, so it was a bit confusing to find the right one. It would be helpful to provide a bit more location information in advance.

Great location for visiting the Cité de l'Espace. Free parking is a plus. As with all hotels in the chain, the room was minimalist but functional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty and filling.

No staff until 5PM Only way to check in before that is by physical bank card, not even the mobile phone or cash and they don’t announce that on their website or booking, I called the hotline that’s available and they said they couldn’t help me and that I have to wait until 5pm to pay in cash/with phone and enter the room , mind you I had to wait for hours in 2° temprature , awful, and later when i complained to the receptionist she didn’t do anything about it and pretended she doesn’t understand me (after having a full ongoing conversation in English , and I do speak french). And kept giving me b**** faces . Also the doors system is weird and didn’t work , it’s not easily accesible and the code failed several times , had to ask for a new code There was mold in the shower as well

Black mould on the bathroom shower & curtain! This is a SERIOUS HEALTH HAZZARD. Curtains skimpy and not blackout plus the outdoor flood lights SO bright impossible to sleep!! Bed uncomfortable and pillows lumpy & hard!

Very comfortable room for two adults and two kids and very safe in the upstairs room. The breakfast was excellent and the receptionist was so welcoming nice and helpful . Greeting to him as well.

The staff didn’t clean our room during our state, even though we left the room earlier than their room cleansing time. The room design caused us no space to walk.

First the noise. The rooms are facing a main corridor and everyone that wants to walk or close the spring-loaded doors easily produce a huge noise. Besides, since the reception closes after ca. 9pm, and the rooms face an open gate to the main road, anyone could walk in from the streets and knock on your door - which happened to at 11 pm one day.

I liked that the Wi-Fi was reasonably good.
