We could hear a bit the neighbors on the room next to us but nothing too bad. We had a mezzanine room and it's not adapted for kids under 6...even for adults it's stiff to go up. I didn't realise it when I booked or I would have taken a family room without mezzanine. Luckily it was an extra bed on the ground floor for our little one.

The location - only 15 min from Vulcania. The view and the sky - very peaceful place at night Very friendly staff The restaurant was handy, and very good food was served I would definitely recommend and come back again!

The location was perfect for a trip up to the volcano . The room was very clean but had 7 beds in it as all other rooms were booked - so sadly we missed out on a room with a view of the mountain which would have been lovely . The food was very good and good value for money

This is a great little hotel. Gorgeous location with views of the Puy de Dom and lovely surrounding area. We booked into the restaurant as we knew we were arriving late and glad we did as not a lot of other places we could see in area. The food was amazing, local produce and traditional dishes, great service and lovely views. We really enjoyed our stay

A beautiful, quiet location, off the beaten track. Magnificent views of Puy de Fou. Rooms are comfortable, well- maintained and clean. Eat at the restaurant, the food is good and locally sourced, and it will be quite a drive to find alternatives! Staff are all helpful.

The breakfast was a bit dull. We arrived towards the end, and there were empty dishes with not much left. It wasn't replenished.

Excellent and very beautiful location. Super sweet and helpful staff. Delicious rooms that were super clean. The beds and duvets were absolutely fantastic. The shower was really, really good. Truly a wonderful place we would love to return to.

Nothing to dislike

Can’t recommend this lovely spot too highly. Friendly young staff, beautiful situation, comfortable and very quiet rooms, and a really good restaurant serving simple local food. When we visited there were plenty of families and they (and their pets) were all made welcome. Really refreshingly different from the average.

Great location for a visit to the volcanoes with a lovely view. Rooms were a good size and had everything you needed with a good shower! Good facilities for kids including games room and outside areas. Breakfast was simple but nice as an extra

Ours was a family room with the beds for kids on a mezzanine over the bathroom: very nice for kids, but the iron protection for the ladder was just at one’s head height and rather dangerous.

The hotel is in a beautiful place and I regret we could stay just one night. There is plenty of parking space and a garden to relax. The girls at the reception and at the restaurant were very nice. We decided to have dinner there and were satisfied with it. The room was ok, a bit small for a longer stay, with a balcony.
