Not a true apartment hotel: no servicing of the room for stays of less than 7 days. At the rate paid, if not serviced daily you would expect at least every 3 days, especially with a kitchenette so food rubbish piles up. No instructions of any kind for rubbish disposal; I had to ask for a second garbage bag so I could tie up the first one because of the smell. The bed was too soft and bowed in the middle providing only fair spinal support. No maintenance available - was told the broken bin would be fixed never happened - I was there 6 nights so had to hang garbage bag from a door knob.

Room was renovated, spacious and in very good condition. Very pleasing space. Renovated bathroom, just needs a few touch ups. (Would have loved to give it a 10 but couldn’t because of the lack of servicing, which including failing to resolve issues with the room after raising them with reception on check in.)

Nothing much the hotel can do, but being so close to the train station it was a little noisy even with the window closed. The room could have been cleaner. Some dust and crumbs here and there, but overall alright.

Lots of roadworks going on outside so a lot of confusion and difficult to find with all the road closures.Obviously not the fault of the hotel.

absolute nightmare to get there due to construction Then the nightmare with the parking begins. you need to check in to the hotel to get the card (they cannot open the parking door for you... dunno why) but that's on one side. then drive around the construction to get to the parking lot. Then dark parking with no elevator. far from idea

Parking was a bit pricey. 14 euros per day. We stayed for two days, so had to pay 28 euros more, plus 10 in city taxes.

Nice place to stay. Shower and bathroom was great Bed was OK. Everything was within a 15 minute walk from the residence.

Some defects in the room where you could see that they are old rooms and an old building, they should renovate them soon. Nothing very concerning but not pleasant either.

The staff was really kind and the location was good. Parking was important to us as we were traveling by car and the hotel was just a short walk from the city center, so really nice and what we were looking for. We did not hear any noises during the night so isolation was good also.

There were some roadworks around the property at the time, this wasn’t mentioned during the booking process. At least no noise at night, but if you had a rest during the day, you could hear it slightly.
