The wifi is very unstable

Brilliant value. The Aircon and pool were great for hot days. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Staff were helpful

The room was a bit dated and the third bed had not been made up. Bit of a longer walk into town than we had thought but easy to drive in

Remote location, shops ect a good walk away. Used items still left in the fridge. Stayed for 4 nights but towels ect not changed.

The apartment has all the utilities you may need for the kitchen. They even have soap and sponge, which is good Rooms are spacious and with plenty of storage It has air-conditioning and a small pool that we didn't use Parking is quite big and secured (it's closed at night. You can only access it using the code provided by reception)

Our experience was not that good as our room didn't have Wi-Fi, our room was too far away from reception. We ran out of paper toilet and because it was a 2 days staying we didn't have cleaning to put more. The apartment is 30-40min away WALKING from the town center, but almost an hour from the cité of carcassonne.

The bathrooms are stained and walls dirty in the room. Room was not ready when we arrived

Chill

Close to Carcassonne, easy walk to old city. Hotel had big parking place which was nice and secure. There was pool and fitnes included and water bottle filler with fresh cold water. Very hepful when 35 degrees outside. Staff was kind to help with some navigation issues.

Pool wasnt the cleanest

We had spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, air conditioning and useful cooking/cleaning facilities. There was plenty of car parking space. The staff were superb. Lidl and Carrefour are both easily reached. The swimming pool, during a European heatwave looked very enticing.

It was a pity that the swimming pool was supposed to close at 18.00hrs. We never used it, but others were still in the pool at 20.00 hrs. We'll take our cue from them next time!
