The stairs leading up to the apartment were shared with other guests/ residents and they were dirty.

Very clean in a great location. We loved having our own entrance and private balcony. There was everything you could need in the apartment and the AC was great. It was an added bonus that the apartment had a bath!

I think the hotel is a bit overpriced for what we paid. One of our rooms is in a different building which is a bit confusing to get to, and the connecting stairway felt not so safe. There was also no elevator but the guy who works there helped us carry all our huge luggages so this was not an issue at all.

The guy who worked at the reception is excellent. He goes far beyond to make sure that we had great stay. The main reason I gave good score is because of his excellent service. The room is pretty comfortable and has good size. But the courtyard view is empty with nothing to look at.

The location is great and convenient in the border of Vieux Nice and close to the beach, Place Garibaldi and Port Lympia, and Massena. It is very well connected because trams stop a few blocks away so it is very easy to get to/from the airport and train station by public transport. The room was super comfortable, very well equipped, spotless clean, and very silent even though it is on an avenue. My room overlooked la Coulee Verte which is an amazing linear park in the center of the city. The staff was really helpful and kind. I just wish my first days in Nice I'd stayed there instead of staying on an Airbnb! Perfect stay.

There was nothing I didn't like

This hotel exceeded my expectations, and the kitchenette would have been great if I stayed there longer than one night. The location was right on the edge of Old Nice and directly in front of the metro rail, which went to the airport. It was a pretty big space with a nicely renovated bathroom and kitchenette. I highly recommend and will stay there again!

Sebastian was the front desk person who checked us in. He was professional, friendly and super helpful. I woke up in the middle of the night with severe eye pain in my left eye. I was desperate to see an ophthalmologist as my vision was seriously impaired. Sebastian performed miracles that morning and arranged an appointment for that same day for me with a local ophthalmologist. He really saved the day for me as my eyesight improved dramatically with prescription medication. Without that medicine I would have had to halt my vacation and return to the U.S for treatment.

This bijou gem of accommodation is perfectly situated on the edge of Vieux Nice and very convenient for public transport. Our host Sebastian was very friendly and accommodating. We really didn't need much as everything was provided. Our room was spotless. The water filtered fountain at reception was a godsend meaning we avoided the hassle of having to remember to buy and carry water. Excellent value for money. We would highly recommend.

A lovely studio at an amazing price in Old Nice, just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais. The studio is cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. There’s a great restaurant next door and a supermarket nearby for convenience. The staff was attentive and helpful, and I also had the option to store my bags in the locker. I would definitely come back !!
