The location of this hotel was good and there was car parking which in a busy town was important. I need internet when I travel and this was good too.

The overall feeling of the apartment is that it is cheap and functional. The message "Clean before you leave or pay 25€" makes it feel even cheaper lol.

10min walk to the cité is something good to have. Air conditioner was just perfect!

Overall, there were only a couple of things we didn't like. There was insufficient crockery and pots to have a proper meal for those who might want to eat in. In addition, the apartment could do with a thorough clean.

The apartment was spacious with a lovely view of the citadel. The property is located almost equal distance between the centre of town and the citadel so quite ideal. The choice available for breakfast is simple but sufficient. The highlight of the stay were the staff who were helpful, polite and always smiling.

Apartment was very basic. Leftover Food left in fridge. Kitchen was old and tired. Some items missing and broken. Sofa bed was old and noisy.

If you don't pay for parking you cannot access the hotel after reception closes at 8pm. Have to pay for cleaning products or risk €25 payment.

Extra charged for myriad extras and signs up warning of fines for not keeping the place clean. I found the 5euro cleaning kit a bit much...just charge a bit extra and provide everything necessary for a stay...washing up liquid, cloths and scourers included.

Proximity to citee..pretty gardens and the apartment was basic but fine.

There was strong cigarette smell in the room. Someone had been smoking inside even though the property is supposed to be non-smoking.. Bad A/C.

The room was a bit smelly, nothing serious, but it was unpleasant every time we arrived back to the room. Decoration was extremely simple and not so nice. The beds where not very confortable, specially the sofa.

Location is excellent, Less than 10 minutes walk to the cité. It has A.C., for summer it was excellent. The apartment is big enough. Also having kitchen might be useful. It has the bare minimum you would expect.

The pizza service unfortunately was a frozen pizza for €12 each not great but breakfast was of a good standard

Kitchen cleaning kits at extra cost One large saucepan, no lid and one very small, heavily stained frying pan The crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment very minimal. Bring your own if you want to cook. Coffee maker, bottle opener, etc are available at reception. Disappointed with facilities, a budget room with very budget facilities.

All the extras that had to be paid for. An apartment should be equipped for cooking with kitchen equipment. The need to pay extra for a kettle or toaster, washing up liquid and tea towels was very poor. Particularly as you're expected to wash any dishes you use OR pay another supplement. Parking in the underground car park was essential as on street parking is difficult. Another supplement of €10 , but it was worth it.

The bathroom has what looked like black mold. Under the sink smelled musty. Also, there were cob webs in the corners of the room.
