Was missing an iron in the apartment.

Very nice and new apartments. Staff was really helpful and upgraded us to the top floor to avoid noise from the street. When we were checking out the elevator was stuck so the receptionist was so kind to help carry our luggage down.

No staff at front desk if check-in after 7pm.

Building is beautiful. Very good location, just next to the park, walk to tram station in 2 minutes, 3 mins to Place Massena Square by walk. Bedroom is good sized with a closet and a desk .Shower room is big. Toilet is separated from shower room. Living room is with sofa, chairs and a round dinning table.

The property is new and clean. The bed was super comfortable to sleep. Calm room with a street view. A bit dark, but good for rest. There is an elevator which is a big plus.

The best location in the city. Very close to everything you need. Beach, shopping, old town.

There's nothing we don't like.

Location located in the central area, very close to the city center and the sights to visit. The room is equipped with everything necessary for a great comfort. I appreciate the great cleanliness, and the service of the maid Veronica, who always solved all our requests. We appreciate the hotel staff who offered us all the help and information we needed. It was a nice little vacation. We will come back next year. We thank the hotel staff.

we experienced a fowl odor in parts of the apartment which was not addressed by the staff though we mentioned it twice - but aside from this our stay was wonderful.

fantastic for traveling with babies! they provided a nice crib and made sure we had plenty of towels… though the elevator is TINY. could only fit one of us in with the stroller.

The apartment was clean and seemed recently renovated. Plenty of space and in a great location and felt quite safe. Lots of restaurants and places to drink nearby. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Although there is a good washing machine, a washing/drying machine could have been better. Also for the purpose of preventing water splash from the shower that needs to be dried out after showering, a glass door could be installed. That could prevent frame door wood from getting wet.

How spacious, cozy, comfortable, with all the needed amenities, and also elegant. Also a big thank you to all the staff for their great courtesy and informative attention. We loved it!

Minor things that could have been better: large credit card hold as insurance, (I was not warned) no wine cork opener, we phoned reception to ask for one and was told they have only one and needed it for themselves. We stayed in the ground floor apartment, and there was a very noisy vent in our ceiling. You could not switch this off neither could you open any windows. Like loud white noise from which you could not get away. But the wonderful location made up for all of these.

Super great location and friendly, early check in. Everything was like on the photos, neat and pretty and very clean.

There was a note saying 4 coffee pods were included, however there was only one. We told the young lady at the front desk and she said they would deliver some “tomorrow”. They never came and the housekeeping staff who asked if we needed anything did not have any.

The apartment is lovely, with windows on three sides to let air flow. The furnishings seem high end and the location was wonderful.
