“I really liked this house. There's a double bedroom downstairs next to the bathroom. Upstairs are two further bedrooms (twin and double) and another toilet.
I loved the old pictures, photos, paintings and artefacts - fascinating.
The kitchen was perfectly kitted out. Yes, there were a few cobwebs and a lot of flies, but the kitchen and bedrooms were very clean and tidy. The garden was huge and great and we loved the table tennis and goal. A shame the spa/hot tub wasn't working, but this wasn't included in the spec so that was OK. It would be a massive plus if it could be fixed - its location was lovely.
The jacuzzi bath was popular. My teen daughter also loved the blackout blinds and was like a mole for the week we were there. I sat out in the mornings with my coffee. The house is very private and although there were a couple of properties nearby, the house is not overlooked and there was no noise. It was very peaceful.”
