“Perfect location. Nice friendly hotel. Breakfast was very good. Lovely pool area. We ate at both restaurants and they were excellent. Right on the beach which was very pretty. Loved our room with a terrace, wonderful view. Loved it.”
“Great location and house comfortable and had all the amenities with en suite for three of the bedrooms and a terrace outside with vista of trees and a little bit of sea through the trees! A lovely place to stay and not far to walk down to the gorgeous little beach. The pool was perfect for a cool dip after being on the beach & the pool area was spacious with in umbrella and loungers.
One thing to be mindful of is when you book the house, there is an apartment diagonally above the house, which I wasn’t aware of when booking, however we were not disturbed by any noise from families staying there. We were also not told about extra charge for towels and sheets until the week of travel so again, it would be prudent to include this charge in the overall cost of the house so you don’t have to bring your own sheets and towels to avoid further costs.
All in all a lovely house in a great location. Would definitely stay again.”

We like the fact that the breakfast was facing the view and had good variety staff was nice and helpful.

“The styling is simple and fun, the beds are comfortable and the pool is beautiful. It's got a fantastic walking track just behind the hotel and we loved borrowing the free bikes to ride. The location is fantastic with lots of lovely restaurants and beaches just a short drive away.”
“We stayed at La Villa Douce for 3 nights. Overall we were pleased with our stay, on the positives the views are phenomenal and the hotel is very well located (although you will need a car to get there). The bathroom in our room was also very big and the shower worked very well! The bedrooms were clean and the beds comfortable but for such a beautiful view there were no windows to enjoy the view, we had to open a small door that led onto our balcony.”
