Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaDisappointed there wasn’t more coconuts being sold or given out at the resort. Everything was so expensive food wise No robes for the bathroom
The resort overall was very nice. The views were incredible and the water was one of the Bluest I have ever seen The staff were super friendly and helpful. Showed us a good time on multiple occasions.

Australiameals were generally great. a couple of steaks were a bit on the tough side our driver was late on the final day - making the journey back to Nadi quite rushed. there was a lot of condensation on the floor - which made it slippery at times. eventually worked out that the Air Con needed to be on all the time to dry out the air.
The staff were just wonderfull. smiling, friendly and full of joy. lots of things to do - great games room. the room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

New ZealandFamily pool was pretty noisy with loud music, but we just went to beaches and gardens which were lovely. Food and drink fairly pricey.
Staff, facilities, activities during day and evening, location, beach, snorkelling, and food were all awesome! Room was good, terrace bar, and gardens also really nice.

AustraliaThe distance from the airport was quite far (approx 2 hours from Nadi), the food -Japanese and Italian were nice but the buffet dinners were quite expensive and the steak place was average. The main kids pool was not heated so my children found it pretty cold to swim in. However these were all minor and didn’t detract too much from our enjoyment of our week at the Warwick.
The staff were amazing - always so friendly and wanting to help. The grounds of the resort were so beautiful - the soft grass, sparkling water, lots of sun beds in different areas. The relaxed and fun vibe of the hotel was great - always activities and live music each day and night. They went to extra effort to celebrate my husband’s birthday by decorating our room and singing happy birthday at dinner.

New ZealandOnly thing that would have made our stay even BETTER would have been cheaper meal options. They were all pretty expensive even the A Le Carte Menu but thank Godness we had the kids eat free option which made it more affordable for us :)
We absolutely loved all the staff who worked at the warick. From the moment we arrived they were amazing, their service their warm beautiful hospitality. No question or request was too big. We loved the all the amazing food we consumed during our stay. Breakfast was always a large spread to cater to all taste buds. Our Pasifika parents appreciated the taro and fish served for breakfast one morning. Maybe not everyones cup of tea but it is for others 😊 Although dinner buffet was quite pricey, if you did opt in for it, the food was great!! BEAUTIFUL views all around the resort. WE loved the vibe of the family pool, the great service at the swim up pool the activity guys and their fun energetic vibes they brought which made the kids so comfortable to chat and take part in the activities. Rooms were great – we didn’t expect to be in them except to sleep and change etc and they served us well. Aircon was strong, rooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean and tidy and beds were super comfy! House keeping staff – beautiful! Amazing! So helpful, friendly and polite.

AustraliaThe mattresses in my room were old and tired and saggy. I gave the resort this feedback and they were appreciative to be informed. To be honest they should have been able to tell this for themselves. The policy on towels is overly strict. For the price they charge for the resort, It seemed unnecessary to be so strict, and did detract from what was otherwise a lovely stay.
The location is spectacular. The staff are so friendly.

AustraliaYou have to take seriously the consideration that the location is far from the airport, approx 2 hours, and every time if you want to go to the islands or the city, it takes time and drivers run. I don't recommend the swim at night as there are many sea snakes and long sea worms. The noise from the renovations was so loud that it was the reason for the very loud music in the family swimming pool, you could barely talk to anyone, even at main lunch restaurant, you had your food with construction noise. The food generally was really bad, weird options for breakfast and same boring options for dinner. Breakfast: Bad for a 5-star Resort, not many choice,s and had options like stir-fry rice or okra, which didn't make sense for breakfast if you wanted a fried egg, the chefs gave you an uncooked fried egg Also the chefs couldn't turn on the stoves as parts of the stoves were missing Lunch: The lunch was ok and the only decent meal of the day. The only dish that was terrible was the club sandwich for $40. Dinner: Terrible techniques, skills, no balance of the flavours, e.g, Mediterranean theme Greek Mousaka with only small fried eggplants and bolognese together, which is something else. The kitchen needs a lot of improvement to meet the standards of a 5-star Resort. The cocktails were not very good. The gaming rooms with pools, air hockey, etc need maintenance.
The Hotel is in a very nice location with beautiful sea for snorkelling, kayak and view. The pool was big and clean, the room nice, quiet and clean(ocean view), the staff lovely and able to help us at any time, from the reception to cleaners. We loved the torch lighting every afternoon, the fire dance was great, special nights with dance from different villages were great too. There are a few dogs and cats that feed them during our stay looked hungry. There is a blue house on the left as well with 3 beautiful ladies for hair braiding, etc. Housekeeping was great as well.

Buffet breakfast and Dinner was excellent and the lunch menu was al a carte. We had the meal package and was well worth it. Drinks were standard but good. Facilities were great we ran out of time to do everything there could have stayed longer. (stayed 7 nights) Kids loved it and we had adjoining rooms which was great for our set up. Staff are fabulous . Beds were super comfy. Kids loved kids club which meant we enjoyed our stay even better. Great for families.
