More kids activities would be great but still they had a great time. And cheaper water sports and tours. Overpriced I feel.

The beach and snorkeling are amazing, rooms and renovated and spacious and the food was good. Wifi throughout also a bonus

Compared to other 5-star resorts, there is a noticeable lack of staff and activities. The lunch and dinner options are limited, and while the cocktails are expensive, the wine list is also quite restricted.

Excellent location on Tokoriki Island. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also offers trips to Monuriki Island.

Could have had more info on what was and was not included on the all inclusive package as sometimes not even staff were sure - but it was a great deal.

Amazing setting for the resort - such a beautiful island. Rooms were all a great size and meals and service good. The Jet ski snorkelling tour was a highlight

We had the most incredible 4-night stay at Sheraton Resort & Spa Tokoriki Island — absolutely faultless from start to finish! The staff are truly something special; we’ve never met a friendlier crew and they made us feel so welcome every single day. A huge shoutout to Bill, the best barman, who went above and beyond to take care of us. Also to Eliki, and the amazing restaurant manager (I didn’t catch her name, but she had the most fabulous collection of earrings!) — you all made our stay extra memorable. We can’t wait to come back again, this time with the whole family. Thank you for making our holiday so unforgettable!

I could hear every footstep from the room next door, every door slam, every roll of their cupboard doors. If you are not sensitive to sound then you wouldn’t hear it probably. The pool could do with some retiling.

Beautiful location. The snorkeling out the front and off the reef is amazing. Hope on the board on the back of the JetSki and they will drop you at the edge of the reef. The pool is lovely as well. And my room was huge with the plunge pool.

The neighbor next door has kids. I can hear the kid start to screaming and running around from 6am. If you want to enjoy the quiet time, you may think abt the adult only resort.

Motorised water sports, fishing and tours seemed a little expensive and no options to go to surfing locations.

The island was beautiful with an amazing reef to snorkel just out the front and the sun was always shining. We loved the staff who were always friendly especially to our 2.5 year old daughter and provided a great service . The resort wasn’t too busy so you always felt like you had your own space around the pool and down by the beach.

We had a beachside adults only unit. Beautiful unit, but a low hedge obscured much of our lagoon view. Most other similar units did not have the low hedge. Disappointing. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant, and while this was manageable for lunch and dinner, the breakfast options were very limited, and next time I would take my own cereals.

Staff were great. The snorkeling at the reef was excellent. The use of the jetski to take snorkellers to the reef worked really well. Meals are very good. The lagoon area is mostly sand and seagrass which means the risk of coral cuts is very low.

The food and beverages are very expensive and there is no shop to offer less and expensive options. Also, the choices on the menu were limited but what we chose to eat was good food. There was a buffet option every few days for those that like buffets.

The location, staff and facilities were great and we would happily recommend, and return. If we had a question, all the staff went out of their way to help. I had a massage with Evivi which was great. Also, the facilities provided by the hotel to enable water sports and snorkelling was fantastic.

Sand could be bring into the room easily even you get your leg rinsed. If there's a water pipe right in front of your room will be better.

There was only a small amount of paddleboards and kayaks therefore at times we had to wait to use them. No hobby crafts available on the island. Not enough pool loungers at times it was hard to find a place to sit as people would put things on the beds to save them and go and have breakfast. Food was expensive and ordinary at times.

The resort is great, the beach is beautiful the staff and welcoming and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great. A great place to relax.

Amazing location, fantastic staff and food. The staff are simply the most friendly and helpful you will meet anywhere. All the food was great and we were very impressed by the food allergy knowledge of all the staff. The nearby reef provided easy access to great snorkeling.

Food and drinks were pricey, with an average selection, but we did enjoy what we ate and the breakfast buffet was very generous. Our room, 314, had difficult access to the bathroom until you learn to open the door with your left hand (door handle too close to frame) and door has to be opened 180 degrees to actually fit into the bathroom. There is no night light available so have to put on full light to go to the bathroom in the night.

The location of the property is amazing, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were great. We enjoyed access to watersports through hotel desk - great experiences. Room air conditioning was superb and the bed was comfortable.

We had the most incredible stay at Sheraton Tokoriki Resort — truly a slice of paradise! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The pool is stunning — perfectly positioned with breathtaking ocean views, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a cocktail in the sun. We also took full advantage of the watersports — kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling — all easily accessible and so much fun in the crystal-clear waters. Our room was absolutely amazing: modern, spacious, and luxurious, with a view that made us never want to leave. The attention to detail and comfort was top-notch. And the food — WOW! Every meal was a highlight. Delicious flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes made dining here a true pleasure. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. Sheraton Tokoriki has it all — beauty, relaxation, adventure, and world-class service. Can’t wait to come back!

Breakfast was a little chaotic with slow service on the hot drinks and not a quick enough turn around on replenishing fruit, juices, water, hot food etc etc. Never any mugs for tea. No tea pots. Maybe a shorter service would help? (it runs until 11am!). Not enough sun loungers by the pool, we rarely managed to bag one (and never one with shade).

Fantastic super-friendly staff, location, beach and reef. Beautiful. Lovely family holiday - just don't expect perfect Western service. We booked island view rooms but were give plunge pool sea view garden rooms side by side - perfect for a family of 4.

It's time for an upgrade as the hotel has not been renovated since 2014. Food can be hit and miss but as you can imagine it's hard to service so many people when you are on a remote island.

The snorkling and location is amazing, the people are what make the resort. They treated our children so much love and care and were just beautiful genuine people. Waking up to the beach everyone morning was just delightful.
