Great location for seeing the caves! The staff were great and there was lots of great free activities to do!

Sneaky cat that tried to steal your food 😅

I had the best time! If you want to experience the real Fiji (not the fancy resorts where you are just a number) but not ready for a homestay, this is a great place. Own by Fijians, they make you feel home. Perfect to see the caves and the blue lagoon. A special thank you to Sefo and Jo, who went an extra mile to welcome us, with a kava night with guitar in the background and taught us everything about coconut, from climbing the trees to making coconut milk. Also, the 2 kids Caroline and Tim were so cute to play with- and they are so clever! And the pets adopt you straight away!

The food was good but after 2 days, it felt like it was always the same. However, you dont have a mandatory meal plan, you can bring your own food and go buy at the small supermarket. And its also super cheap!

I couldn't recommend enough Safe Landing. We had a fantastic time, the beach was beautiful, the staff kind and friendly. We had an awesome authentic Fijian experience here.

The environment is peaceful and the staff are very kind. A beautiful walk leads to the Peak View Point. Thank you to Saiful for his friendliness and for enriching our stay with a beach campfire in the evening. We had a wonderful time here!

Beautiful beach, effort put into plastic clean up, lovely staff. Great lunches and dinners. Good value for price.

Too much cash handling (and complicated if you didn’t have exact change); I would have wished for a better tab system. Breakfasts were a bit scant.

Safe landings was accurately described and met what we were expecting. The staff were friendly and the activities available great. It helped having some people there that had been staying for a few weeks to share the best snorkelling spots.

The food was a bit repetitive. Chicken stew for most for the meals. It would have good to have a bit more variety, especially for the kids. But it was Ok. It would have been great to have hot water in a flask available for cups of tea\coffee during day for us to help ourselves too.

The staff marvellous. Great hosts. Plenty of optional paid activities but no pressure to do them. Some free activities. The food is acceptable and filling and relatively well priced. The communal meals with other travellers and great views are fantastic, we met some great people from around the world. Every night there was a good reason to socialize with Jo or Sefo and Egy who integrated us into their traditions. They made us feel right at home and have great senses of humour. The beach and island are so beautiful. Don't expect a full on resort (this is disclosed when you book) but we loved it and did not want to leave!

If you rent snorkelling gear, just give it a test run before you go, one of the snorkels was dodgy.

We loved safe landing Eco Lodge. The Sunsets were magnificent. We had a lodge right on the beach, with silicon white sand and the ocean was a sparkling of blues, greens and torquise. We had a refreshing cool swim every day. The Fijians running the Eco Lodge were very friendly and helpful. The boatsman Serfu and cleaning lady Letti were very helpful. And young Timmy loved his dogs and sharing stories. The amenities were very good considering its a very remote location. The food we found was delicious and our Lodge clean and resentable, with power 6pm to 6am, running water most of the day,and no need for air conditioning while we was there, the cool breeze off the ocean was refreshing. We loved the village tour and blue Lagoon snorkelling trip. Nia was great with P/R and very informative. The drinking water was filtered rain water out of a tank, refreshing to drink and safe. The meals are what they put in front of you,no complaints from me. I'd give Safe Landing a 9 out of 10, considering it's a remote island and has Basic living standards. Don't expect a 5 star resort ,because being a remote Eco Lodge it's right off the grid, and no alcohol or shops there,no roads,no cars, but peace and tranquillity and a tropical Paridise. It's my pleasure to do this review. Martin,Angie & Zaina.

Well we liked everything, no complaints from us. We actually loved our 4 days there, Martin,Angie & zaina

Safe Landing Eco Lodge is a great spot for budget conscious travellers. The site is absolutely gorgeous and the central location in the Yasawas ensures easy access to the main sites and attractions. The owners and staff are all welcoming and lovely to deal with.

Room appointment is extremely basic and bedding can be quite poor. The property does not have good mosquito control in place, so make sure to take your own (we recommend plug-in repellent for night time use in the room).

It's a wonderful Family place to stay for few days. The staff members are amazing. Very available and ready to help. The landscape is like paradise. Very natural. Lot of spots for snorkelling, hiking, chilling, fishing. The water is very transparent...and you Can even see some sharks or turtles. The houses are very basics but for the time you stay inside its more than enough. WE came there with our 7 months baby and she was more than happy. The food is very good and tasty. Vinaka vakalevu for the welcoming and for the lovely place to stay for our family.

The houses have to be a little be renovated but i'm pretty sire in few months you'll have a very nice lodge.

The group of fun tourists/backpackers we met.

    1) Matrass was a very thin uncomfortable foam cushion, on top of a set of boards with about 8 cm space in between. This is the worst I have ever experienced, even in my hostel experiences. 2) the shutter windows were not covered by nets, thus mosquitos kept flying in and out, everyone in the room got stung badly. 3) Fan not working 4) light not working in the room, flickering. 5) 3 sockets in room not working. Only 1 in the bathroom. 6) no cleaning so after 3 days the room and bathroom and mat looked gross. 7) drinks finished, no more beer, had to get our own at another island costing us €23 for the boatride. 8) when toilet paper finished we were told to get it from another dorm (then they would have been left without)

The property it’s in a very nice place, chill and relaxed environments. They have good accommodations but they need improvements on the cabins… it’s handle for a very nice and friendly family. The food it’s nice. Perfect if you want to experiment local life, enjoy and relax.

I didn’t expect the low tide in the morning so if there is not to much to do.

Good value for money. Nothing special but totally enough. Rooms and food are very basic, but family and kids very lovely. We really enjoyed our stay at Safe Landing.

Nice chilled feel; family were lovely. Lovely for a quiet spot. Were made to feel a part of the family, and other guests were also friendly and pleasant.

Single bed in private was uncomfortable.
