How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No entertainment Perhaps a DJ playing with English songs (there were Indian songs playing) . The DJ at Beach club was fantastic. This may improve the stays

More information on room cleaning. For example, we had to call to find out how to get clean towels.
The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They even called up to our room to see if we needed anything after seeing my husband very sunburnt.

We had to rent for two nights in order to keep it till 6 o’clock the following day and it would’ve been nice to have either a late checkout or a day room.
The room was super comfortable with all you needed for laundry and even cooking if you wanted to do that. It was within a block of a grocery store, which was helpful.

The sheets weren't perfectly clean and the restaurant prices were a bit high.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good and the direct access to the beach is very nice.

Was on the expensive side for us.
Great area to relax by the beach with pool. Plenty of areas to sit. room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff were so kind. Nemia and Lorraine particularly made us feel so incredibly welcome. We were blown away by the hospitality

Limited parking on-site.
The location, next to the beach, was perfect. Special mention to Ratu, on staff, he is a special feature of this hotel. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and appreciated.

Room was good, quiet area (except for the thumping wedding that happened in the hotel next door on one night), a few restaurant options with plenty of options on the shared menu. Staff were nice. Fairly close to airport for our departure.

The noises by night are unbearable. There are people partying until am hours in the pool area of the hotel and in the resort next to the hotel. For sure you will not be able to sleep until party is over. This is really unfortunate (the best is to party as well). The apartment (with two bedrooms) was fine, but nothing beyond standard. The living room is a bit packed and bathroom relatively small size. The two pool areas were just fine. There are sunbeds and bar/restaurant service. The beach is sandy and white, but the water is quite dark because of the colour of the sand... not that nice to the eyes. The area is not that nice to walk around. Hardly anything there other than beach hotels. We found a couple of nice places for food and drinks, but nothing else.
The apartment (with two bedrooms) is fine, but nothing beyond standard. The bathrooms are small size, but they're well equipped with a nice shower. We had an issue with the hot water, but it was fixed very quickly by the staff of the hotel. The kitchenette has stove, fridge and etc. Staff at the reception is attentive. The beach is right by the hotel. You can step in from the pool areas. There is a beach club right next to the hotel with fantastic food. There is also a big grocery shop some 200 metres for the hotel. There is a Mexican restaurant on top of the grocery store and a quite good and cheap Fijian restaurant almost in front of the grocery shop on the other side of the road.

Waiting over an hour to check in for 2 of the 3 rooms was disappointing given check in was at 3pm
