The bartender was not friendly.

The layout, activities, amenities, and staff of the resort were excellent. As a hospitality professional, I highly recommend Paradise Cove. Special shootout to the fisherman that led the handling fishing expedition. What a warm gentleman!

Prices have steeply gone up.

Beautiful calm snorkeling cove and facilities. Friendly staff. Laundry and housekeeping excellent. The Japanese restaurant is exceptional.

Amazing location with amazing dive sites right off the beach. Plenty of incredible reefs for snorkelling and diving within 10 minutes and regular manta ray sightings in the neighbouring passage. The food at Donu was world class, using a mixture of local ingredients with premium international imports: Japanese bluefin tuna, Japanese Wagyu, beluga caviar, Spanish octopus and French sea urchin to name a few.

Being told by staff all the time that we should be in “Island Time”. Other guests felt the same. They need to appreciate that our time is precious and limited on this beautiful island and we don’t want to spend valuable time waiting around.

Beachfront location and the beach was magnificent. Could swim all day. Reef outside the hotel was teeming with fish.

Because of the reef, they really didn't have any waves to speak of which left me lonesome for some body surfing. Was wishing for sailing opportunities, but failure on my part to do further research before staying. I was kind of disturb by the fact that they were asking which restaurant I was to be eating at for lunch and dinner when I just showed for breakfast. For someone trying to relax and become accustomed to "FIJI TIME", this was a bit of a downer.

All the meals that were served were very good. They had 2 restaurants, 1 conventional and 1 Asian fusion. The dinners were always multiple course meals, very tasty but not very filling. I was hoping for some sailing time, little boats that you could navigate on your own, they had kayaks, which helped. They had snorkel equipment, to visit the island reef and see the various fish. The staff were VERY friendly and genuine. Met and engaged several international visitors which is always fun.

It truly is paradise. Gorgeous resort, fantastic staff and wonderful food. It has 3 pools and 2 restaurants so you won't get bored, but the reef is just spectacular. You walk straight in off the beach and see thousands of fish and a vibrant reef. We saw the nurse (for a blocked ear) and she drained it and saved our holiday. We had cocktails every night on the beach watching the sunset. Beautiful place. I can't wait to go back.

If you’re looking for an adult only location, this isn’t it however this is still an amazing resort to stay at if you don’t have kids and want a comfortable and fun experience in Fiji!

Beautiful house reef, incredible restaurants with fancy tasting menus, super comfortable rooms, all the amenities you could d possibly need, fantastic snorkeling in the area, great resort for families (lots of kids there and kid-friendly amenities)

Sea Lice/Jellyfish bites. Myself and kids covered in very itchy bites. Would like to have had a heads up from the resort. You must take bite cream. Bungalows 9 and 10 opposite building site. A wall has been put up but still noisy during the day. Try to avoid these. As always not enough loungers on the beach. Beach front cabanas costing $199 per day completely empty during our stay. Perhaps make it cheaper and they would get used. All staff fantastic except John the boss. Saw him a lot but not once engaging or even saying hello to people staying.

Great chilled atmosphere. Lovely friendly staff. Excellent food. Fantastic snorkeling straight off the beach.

Found the uneven, rustic stones floor in the garden room very disorienting, not great for people not steady on their feet.

Food was impeccable. Choice was great, able to swap between the 2 restaurants available, 12 courses or 8 courses hmmm decisions!

Such an amazing place ! Everything was perfect : view, snorkeling, activities (scuba diving and manta swim), food, peoples. Naukacuvu is as beautiful to discover by walking than astonishing when you swim to see its incredible reef with so many different fishes... And staff's members are so kind and efficient.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Amazing location with beautiful facilities and fantastic staff. Couldn’t have asked for more and they went over and above for our whole stay. We were upgraded without asking, and it’s a lovely place to unwind. The snorkelling is fantastic and everyone goes above and beyond for the guests.

They should have more flexibility about mandatory three meals plan. For example, we came from a cruise ship in the evening and left next day to catch the ferry before lunch, only one breakfast would be needed. But we were still asked to pay the full price. So we chose to come to the resort to have dinner and breakfast. We appreciated that manager Alfie agreed to refund us one person’s meal since my husband got sick at the resort,unable to eat and drink anything.

We loved this beautiful Resort. The wonderful beach, the exceptional facilities, the friendly staff. Especially the Manager Alfie. The moment we stepped on the beach from blue lagoon cruise ship, we immediately impressed by the friendly atmosphere and its beautiful surroundings. Although unfortunately My husband got stomach bug the very night after we landed and ended up too sick for us to enjoy the resort during our very short stay. We left resort with great appreciate for the great care and support from the Manager Alfie. His caring and calm manner greatly eased my worries as I was concerned more serious situation it might be. We highly recommended that truly paradise. We think about revisiting in the future to enjoy what we had missed this time.

The “meal plan” should be named “exclusive dinner experience” it is a fantastic choice from two restaurant. We preferred the Japanese show kitchen ! Worth the money and definitely nothing to complain about.

Excellence from the moment we booked to the farewell ! Emma and the management team are stars of the pacific 💫 the private boat ferry was perfect, the resort is paradise and the activities will leave you speechless. Paradise reef 🪸 right on your doorstep and and accommodation type is great! Facilities are highly clean and hygienic! Thank you so much for creating such unforgettable memories.

Perhaps the only only only only negative is having children screaming in the swimming pool while you're trying to rest. May I suggest a swimming area only for children?

Everything!! Excellent food...even more excellent service! Wifi throughout the property, fantastic excursions choice...beautiful beach, a true paradise!
