The resort is very beautiful and one of the best locations in Fiji, on the main island. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was exquisite. There was a lot of variety. The only thing is that they were a little slow and sometimes there were a lot of people at breakfast and you had to wait. And the same in the bars service was a bit too slow, but in general very good.

This resort was so incredibly family friendly for kids of all ages! We absolutely loved how wonderful the staff were, the variety of restaurants and the activities on offer. Special mention to the nanny service - we left our son with a nanny to have a couples massage (it was our honeymoon) and she was exceptional. We will be back!

We did not enjoy the pool, seat saving still appears to be a thing and there is a restaurant right next to the adults pool, too busy to feel luxurious. Really disappointed the resort does not clean up the rubbish on Natadola Beach.

We had a beach front room which was fantastic, clean and plenty of outdoor space to lounge in. Daily breakfast buffet was great. The sea was divine to swim in (a fuller tide is better).

Service in some places could have been quicker

Beautiful resort with amazing staff and facilities The rooms are spacious and the club lounge is so worth it. The rooms are clean and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend a stay here its so exotic and the views are amazing. A beautiful sandy beach and infinity pool.

Nothing, it was genuinely perfect

Everything was perfect, every request I had and changes I wanted made was agreed upon without hassle, all the staff was very welcome and friendly, always approached with a hello and a smile

The room was dark and was a bit loud when they had live music on. No natural light in the bathroom and minimal natural light through the windows. The bath was unusable due to it facing a main footpath. The adults only pool is straight across from the main pool/ kids pool.

The beach was fantastic, great lounge areas to sunbake and sit. The restaurants were also great- great service and food. All the staff are lovely. The grounds are also well kept beautiful.

Not enough pool chairs in the adults pool section. The menu were the same for both lunch and dinner.

We had the best stay at Intercontinental! From the moment we stepped into the resort we were greeted with the warmest welcome from the staff, a welcome drink and walked through the long corridor to reception to checkin and were amazed at the BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the beach from upstairs! Check in process was very seamless and straight forward. The resort was beautiful and very green from the plants. Everything was clean and very up kept. The staff were amazing and so friendly and welcomed you with a 'Bula' everytime you walked passed. We were given a pamphlet with the daily activities from the gym to kids activities and to nightly shows. Every night there was live singing/band at all 3 restaurants. We had a private cabana dinner and a private cabana massage by the beach which were both great and highly recommend. The resort also offers snorkelling which i wish I had of done sooner as I loved it and would have done it again if I had more time - highly recommend the snorkelling here. We stayed for my 30th birthday and had the best time. I can't wait to come again and bring more family/friends with me and will 100% recommend to everyone

EVERYTHING club access was fab and worth it! high tea and happy hours were exceptional, staff incredibly kind and attentive. Facilities well kept and a huge resort so can’t get bored, especially with the beach lagoon on your doorstep

Having to leave 😢

It was beautiful, clean, everything was easily accessible, plenty of space for swimming and sunbathing. Every time we saw a staff member they were either cleaning or do something to the property to better it. Staff were incredible, we were well informed about all that was happening. We loved it.
