“It was such a poor service, Manishma, the receptionist was very rude because she did not pass on the message to her co-workers who started her shift at 2pm, there was no proper communication delivered from Manishma to her. All our languages were left in the lobby not being out away in our rooms respectively and I had to do it all by myself with my brother. How is it fair to me as a guest to pay for the stay at the hotel and do the potter work by myself as well. What I was paying for then, when I had to do everything on my own. The toilet paper roll was on the floor in the restaurant area for two days straight.”
