The location is close to the tourist center and scenery. The room is spacious, clean and cozy with sauna, the breakfast is redundant and delicious. The staff is nice and helpful. The decoration of the lobby is fantastic.

The breakfast was average and I expected more due the price. The fire place door was not sealed enough so we had a bad smell in the room for our entire stay. Also, it wasn’t warm enough because any of the radiators didn’t work at the time, I don’t know why.

We came when it was snowing so it was really magical and the room is beautiful and cozy. The bed is comfortable and the sauna is amazing. They upgraded our room due the low season I think and it was really nice. The location is also great because it is a great start point for hiking in the nearest park.

We were in an "igloo", very cute wee room with own sauna. Comfy bed and lovely to stare out at the sky. Bring an eye mask if you're not there in winter though as of course the room is bright when the sun is up. We were hunting northern lights and much appreciated the limited light pollution due to subtle night time lighting around the properly. The food at the restaurant was delicious. If you don't have your own vehicle there is nothing around apart from hikes (e.g. Other restaurants or activities other those provided by the resort) that you can access walking distance, this was a plus for us as we wanted to be somewhere quiet, but worth noting for those without a vehicle.

Only thing I would point out was the sauna sheets (laudeliinat): I would have preferred a re-usable sheet, instead of a disposable paper one. And also the instructions to use the sauna could be clearer. But other than that, like I said, everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect! Just 20 minutes away from Naava Visitor Centre, where we started our hikes. And if you want to hike in Luosto, there are some trails starting right next door, from the hotel's car park. There are also (at least) 2 restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the view was great too - we could see reindeer walking right in front of us. But the best thing I want to point out was breakfast, which was a very pleasant surprise! A very typical Finnish breakfast, which included many different options (we even got to taste some different ones the next morning). Everything was fresh and delicious!

We had a great stay, the hotel is across Lapland Safari’s where you can book your husky safari or a visit to the amethyst mine and is also surounded by nice restaurants. It’s also really worth it to have diner at the hotel restaurant. After a long day it was relaxing to take a sauna and build up a fire at the fireplace in the room. The staff is really friendly and helpful too.

The price of igloos isn't cheap, but you have to try it !

The igloo was very confortable and the experience was unique. The food was tasty and the buffet for the breakfast is good. The fireplace creates a cozy appearance during the aperitif. The most appreciated is the restaurant open for long period.

We were staying in "standard" rooms, but we saw igloos passing by and they are too close to each other and too full of snow. I don't know if they would be a good choice, for the very high price they have.

The room we had was perfect for 2 people, quite big actually. We spent only one night but would have been good for a longer stay. The sauna was very new and functioning well, so it was a wonderful experience to have it in our own bathroom. Breakfast was good, it had more salty than sweet stuff, but it was OK. Position is right in front of the slopes so I guess it is perfect for skyers.

The room was absolutely amazing! I would say even better than the pictures. We had the room with fireplace and sauna and it was the best decision ever, we had such a relaxing time after hiking or other activities during the day. Breakfast is really good and the dinner is absolutely amazing as well!

It's strange that at 9 pm the hotel reception closes at 9 pm including the lobby. Therefore you can only be in your room if you're in the hotel after 9, no relaxing in the lobby for example

Small but comfy room with tasteful interior design. Nice little bathroom + sauna. Free tee and coffee. Excellent breakfast.
