Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RwandaI think they need to put more emphasis on cleaning... carpets and furniture have lots of stains... And the trees at the entrance must be trimmed. Need to improve on shower cabinet cleaning... and use an appropriate anti slippery rug instead of the plastic one that carries germs.

KenyaThe A/C in the room was not working. After reporting to the hotel, I expected them to rectify it. However, they brought me an electric warmer but I could not sleep with it on as I consider that risky. The response time was a bit slow .e.g my clothes took so long I had to go to the reception to receive them from laundry department.
The breakfast was awesome. Great variety to choose from and courteous staff in the Green restaurant

KenyaInternet wasn’t good nor consistent at all. It’s hard being connected for 15 mins without interruption. Internet connectivity seems to be a significant problem which the hotel management needs to fix. It may be the sole reason why a guest who enjoyed their stay may think twice before rebooking. Otherwise it’s a good hotel. I like it.
My room was spacious, staff were polite and professional, breakfast was better than other nearby hotels, some meals ordered were also great, and message/spa was excellent and at a good price. Good value for money over all, I believe.

The staff was extremely friendly and service-oriented. Security/guards in front of the hotel were great. The room was large and relatively quiet with good wifi connection and a nice view over the city. Thank you, @Mado!

GermanyKitchen Chef was more occupied with taking photos of the lunch buffet than prioritising the timely opening of lunch buffet. So instead of being ready at 12 as advertised, it was only opened for customers at 12:30 and I could not take anything, as I had a flight waiting. Priority on customers would be better than taking photos.
Nice reception staff, even gave me free lunch buffet coupon for one day. Friendly staff and room cleaners.
