I called twice to confirm airport pickup. They called back (thankfully I had a local number) saying that the shuttle will be delayed 15 minutes and it would be better I take a taxi. I said no problem, I'll wait 15 extra minutes. When I landed, I called and suddenly the driver was "1.5h away" and I need to take a taxi. Cost me 10USD for the short ride. They should be capable to coordinate with the dozens of other hotels with shuttles nearby. Without a local phone # would have been left stranded.

I returned after 23:00 one evening and wanted to order some late night dinner, but the restaurant was already closed and there was no room service available.

The hotel accommodations are quite modern and the suites have everything that you would need for a longer stay. There is also a steam room and sauna on the top floor along with a nice outdoor terrace. Sadly, there is no bar upstairs otherwise it would have been a perfect place to finish a day.

The room itself was very spacious, all modern amenities and very comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Dinner and breakfast services provided a good range of local and western food. Location is very close to the airport but will require travel by vehicle to common tourist spots

It was difficult to get a taxi because nobody know where this hotel is located. The bar/restaurant closed at 9:30 pm. It’s a bit early.

All the staff, from maids, chefs, servers, and receptionists, were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating for all our needs. Manager went out of her way to help on some extreme issues during our 2 week stay. I can not say enough about this hotel and their staff. Phenomenal cleanliness and service. Wouldn't stay anywhere else upon our return to Addis.

Just my two cents— it felt like it could’ve been anywhere in the world (which for some might be a good thing). I would’ve like some more local touches in the decor. Also- that roof patio is underutilized! It’s the perfect place for a bar!

Even though I liked the neighborhood in which the hotel is situated and its proximity to good dining areas and shops, it requires a taxi ride to step out of the vicinity. However, this is an ideal location for couples and groups looking for a quiet location.

The proximity to the airport, shuttle services to/fro the airport, neighborhood, and staff friendliness made the Loft Apartments an excellent choice. The food was wonderful, and I would have gone for a second if not for the price. My apartment provided an excellent view of the city, and the rooms were really comfortable.

The hotel looked like it was airlifted to the location. Very nice hotel but the road was bad and the walk from the malls close by didn't feel safe...

Less than a 10 minute drive from the airport and you're at this great apart hotel, in the middle of Bole surrounded by many embassies. Felt very safe and secure. Room spacious and comfortable. Very kind staff. Complimentary airport shuttle. Wifi worked well in the room at 40 mbps. Beautiful rooftop space with a spa and small gym. We had to leave early due to a family emergency but the manager was kind enough to provide a voucher for a future visit. We would return.
