apartment needs some refurbishment. bathroom appears to be done. Balcony furniture not modern and needs upgrading. no air-conditioning.

During my stay a property in close proximity to where I was staying was having work done on it, therefore noise level was more than expected at times. Additionally, the mattress on the bed was relatively thin and harder than I’d like which made the bed slightly uncomfortable.

Grounds were very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location perfect and close to a range of activities (beach, water park etc).

A spacious apartment could have put something cozy on the walls and it's not comfortable to sit in the furniture on the balcony, it would be a small matter to buy something comfortable to put on. Otherwise the apartment is nice

The advertisement say that this apartment have 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. That is not true. It has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. They assume that you will just use the double bed (2 person) so there were nothing to put on the sofabed to sleep there. You need to go to the pool at 9 to get a sunbed, althoug there are "pool rules" that say that you can't block sunbed with out using.

Very very tired room. In desperate need of redecorating, updating. Filthy marks all over, especially on the doors near the handles. I cleaned part of the bathroom door just to show how horrible it was. The beds were much like camp beds (although mattresses and pillows were comfy). We had double duvet cover each to sleep under at night (no duvet) The outdoor furniture on the balcony needs replacing as it is very rickety. The landing leading in to the property needs a good sweeping but I’m doubtful it ever gets done.

Location on site was good. Sea view from a nice size balcony. Bed linen and towels very clean Bathroom ok. Brilliant washing machine.

We had a problem with the safe in the apartment , it wasn't working. But the staff got it all sorted for us the next day. Many thanks to the staff on the reception and the maintenance man..

Perfect location near the beach bar's and restaurants, complex is well maintained and the staff were very friendly. The yucca park has the Scotsmen bar great bar and also do snacks. Both the boys run a great bar.

The second room is a mattress on the floor at the top of stairs but there is no room for a proper bed. We could see this from the pictures before we went. We were ok with this because we are able enough and knew we hadn’t paid for five star but would of preferred a bit more comfort.

Reception were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had everything in it we needed. In a perfect location, just 5 minutes walk from beach front. Air conditioning was good. As a family it was handy to have the washing machine and we used it a few times.
