This agrotourism villa felt less like the small, intimate complex described and more like a large, impersonal hotel. The check-in and check-out times were very strict, and the breakfast, while costing €25 for two, was basic and uninspired. The room was dark and had a poor smell from the restroom, which was disappointing after seeing the bright photos online. The WiFi was unreliable, and there was no mobile signal in the building. The presence of numerous CCTV cameras made the stay feel uncomfortable, and the overall value for the price was poor. This was an overpriced stay that did not meet expectations.

Nice room with private outside space. Lovely breakfast. Great rural location with cooling pool and old farmhouse. Very nice.

Lovely setting, very relaxing and great for kids. Rooms were a really great size for a family of 4.

Only a microwave in the room, but there was a fridge and all the plates etc. So still possible to self cater.

Quiet, nature

We really wanted peace and quiet for our family. Quality time. And so we did. Such calm and beautiful place. Friendly owner and lovely surroundings for the kids to roam. I loved staying at the pool with the feel almost like an private villa.

If I am suppose to be picky It didn’t feel like the bathroom was cleaned during the week. Although it smelt good after cleaning it didn’t feel it. You need to have a cat living here. We struggled a bit finding good places to eat an affordable dinner without driving to far and that was a bit of a pickle. A kitchen or just a hot plate in the room to boil eggs or pasta for the kids would help. Getting in to the estate and finding the car park seems to be a allround issue. We helped a few new arrivals during our stay 😊 it must be an easier way.

Breakfast was lovely- a real positive! Just perfect. Nice coffee. The pools were great- we preferred the one by the older house. The atmosphere was relaxed- good for families. My child enjoyed the cats Location: not far from the airport- half hour drive. Not far from the beach- half hour drive. The price we paid was fair. We would be very happy to return.

The shower didn’t work. We couldn’t use it. The window needs to be looked at by management.

Breakfast was delicious. (Freshly cooked eggs, ham and cheese top of fresh bread, fruit, fresh pastry, fresh orange juice, yogurt granola options). We stayed basic room but still it was proper size. Bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable hotel bed/pillows. Room was cleaned every day.

Self checkin instructions that we received before stay were clear. But the only negative thing about instructions was, it wasn't mentioned you should write parking place of hotel instead of hotel name itself to the navigation (yes, they are seperate enterance and the given door code was for parking place). We arrived 4 am at night and struggled to enter. We had to call middle of the night and we were in front of the wrong door.

We had an amazing time at this charming converted farmhouse, which was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the big bedroom on the second floor. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and sunny. We had access to two swimming pools and the olive garden where the sheets (or goats?) were roaming, so it was a great farm stay-like experience. The host was easily reachable on WhatsApp and was accommodating with our late checkout request. The breakfast was generous, we really enjoyed the Mallorcan bread. The property is convenient for exploring the beaches and the nearby Santanyi and Campos, where hidden gem restaurants are. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would love to come back.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night at this wonderful place, but it was lovely. The property is well maintained, everything is clean and decorated with great care and attention to detail. We especially loved the two pools - being able to switch between them is such a highlight, and it’s really practical to have the option of swimming in the shade depending on the time of day. With 35°C, that was a huge plus! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication with her was super easy and relaxed. The lady who took care of the cleaning was also very friendly and flexible! The rooms are charming and practical, and the little “honesty bar” on the property is a great touch - you can grab a cold drink from the fridge or make yourself a coffee anytime of day. The location is also great – peaceful, yet easy to reach. We’ll definitely be back - Thanks a lot again!

Cannot ask for more!

Quaint and quiet boutique-style property in the Mallorcan farmland. Loved the poolside to relax by and a very hearty breakfast featuring homemade and locally produced treasures from the farm. We had plenty of space in our room and loved the history of the farmhouse.

Check in was a little bit confusing only as I had missed the notification details for the digital self check-in instructions. However, once those came through it was quite straightforward - just something to keep in mind to review before arriving.

Peaceful setting, two pools, clean room with good AC, and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The honesty bar and loan of cutlery were very appreciated.

The room was smaller than expected, and the location made it hard to enjoy dinner with wine (as we had to drive, nothing within walking distance). Breakfast was basic and disappointing for a rural farm stay - not as nice as in the photos when booking.

Only location

Unfortunately, our experience at the property was below expectations. Firstly, there’s no staff on site except for one person in the breakfast area during the day — so if anything goes wrong, you’re pretty much on your own or via whatsapp. The full automation system sounds convenient, but in reality, it lacks proper support. The kitchen in the room was quite disappointing — no stove or heating appliance, which defeats the purpose of having a kitchen. Our room’s fridge didn’t close properly and didn’t cool adequately. We were also very surprised to find dirty cleaners mob stored directly under the sink in the bathroom — highly unhygienic. The hand soap provided was more like a piece of paper than actual soap. In general, the hotel doesn’t really match the photos online. It’s clear that the whole place is in need of maintenance and care.

The best agriturisme I have ever witnessed! Such a big and idyllic place with two pools, a lot of trees, plants and a lot of animals. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The room was so big and spacious as well as the bed. 10 minutes drive away from Santanyi.

Everything was exceptional. The only thing I could critizise is that breakfast lasts only 1 hour (from 9-10am) and that check-out is quite early (10am).
