We had a fantastic stay at this apartment . The location is amazing, just a two-minute walk to Shell Bay, which was incredibly convenient. There are also many great restaurants nearby, making it easy to find delicious food. During our stay, the host was extremely helpful, especially since Uber wasn't available in the city. To get a taxi, we had to call a taxi center that primarily spoke Spanish, which we don't speak. Each time, the host kindly helped us arrange a taxi, ensuring it was waiting for us right outside the building. This made our experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this place

San Sebastian is an incredible destination, and our accommodation was right in the middle of the action. The beach, although not visible from the apartment, is no more than a 1 minute walk. Everything is so walkable, the old town, supermarket, restaurants, shopping, Castillo. We were in town during a local festival too, so it was great to absorb the traditions and culture. The apartment had most of what we needed during our stay. 2 bedrooms, a living room and dining room, kitchen with washing machine, and the terrace as well. Also, there was a welcome pack with some essentials for washing the dishes and laundry. Alexander, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable.

Towards the weekend, the noise from the street below does carry as other tourists and locals enjoy the nighttime frivolities.

Room was okay and we did enjoy our stay. Plenty of space, big kitchen and easy access to everything With a bit of maintenance on the property and some ceiling fans it would be wonderful but at the moment is a bit tired.

Bit noisy, room can be a little hot and its a bit worn out and could use some maintenance

the location is really good, even though it is not in the first line (waterfront) which I thought it was. there’s a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms a full bathroom and a toilet.

the bathrooms are too small and so are the beds. There was no food or beverages at the kitchen, not even coffee, tea or a bottle of water (in most rental apartments of this category you find some food and beverage items kindly provided to you by the owners). The smell in the building was bad. Also, we had an issue with the key. The apartment doesn’t open from the inside and one of us got locked inside. We had to call administration for help. They came soon but that kind of stuff shouldn’t happen.

The property was very close to restaurant area, public transportation, and the beach. It is in the middle of the city but quite district, which no distracting noise at night. Enough space for the whole family and very clean throughout.

Very small elevator was out of order one morning made me walk up the stirs to the 5th floor. Good exercise though.
