Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaJust a personal impression — the hotel’s decor is entirely black and white. I had expected a bit more color, especially in vibrant Spain, but if monochrome interiors are your thing, you’ll really enjoy it here. The surrounding area was just okay — not much to see or do locally, so I’d rate the location as average. That said, the metro station right next to the hotel was a major plus. In just 15–20 minutes, you can easily get to all the city's top attractions.
The hotel actually exceeded our expectations. It's rated as a 2-star, but honestly, it deserves to be a 3-star in my book. Everything is brand new — rooms, facilities — the whole place feels just right. Breakfast was amazing, a proper hot meal served by an incredible team. Our flight was leaving early on the last day, so we were going to miss breakfast. But the staff invited us to come in ahead of schedule and served us before their regular hours. The service was everything you could hope for.

AustriaThe room was a little too small if you have a large suitcase, as opening it took up most of the floor space. The safe did not work and the staff did not manage to fix it. It's a two star hotel, which of course needs to be taken into account.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was near a metro station and really easy to find. If you like walking you can access for example the seaside and the old town by foot. The room was facing the street side, but I did not hear any noise at all. The bed was small but comfortable. The air conditioning was efficient. Some nice cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast etc.

The staff is amazing and they are always very helpful and can definitely recommend you the best places and dont forget to grab the best coffee from Celona Bar. 10/10 value for money.
