The rooms are very simple, a bit dated and could use refurbishing, but very clean. The room decoration was spare, and amenities such as soaps and towels are minimalist. Although the hotel has air conditioning, the thermostat is at the desk in the lobby and can only be adjusted by staff and by request. This had the effect of rationing and we were generally a bit warm, and desk was not always staffed.

Older hotel in a great location and since we had a car their garage was invaluable. Our room had tall ceilings and a small balcony. We had a small refrigerator, found the beds comfortable, and had enough hot water. Good breakfast buffet is available for a fee and is served in a beautiful and spacious atrium-like space. Staff was friendly and helpful, and assisted with advice and reservations.

There is nothing I didn't enjoyed during this stay!

In the heart of Segovia Old town is this beautiful hotel. I felt very welcomed and enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet at night during the weekend. We went out with friends to see all the museums and stunning sites close the hotel, had a fantastic typical Spanish pub night with Tapas and then I had 5 minutes back home for a great shower and waking up with a balanced yummy breakfast

Fabulous hotel in the heart of the old town walking distance to the lovely square with bars and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful especially Dana who gave us some great recommendations Room was lovely beds comfortable, parking under the hotel was good

Great location, it’s a few minutes walk from the Roman Aqueduct and the city centre. Nice room and facilities within the hotel itself. Friendly staff on site. Paid parking onsite is very convenient.

The room.

Good central location with only a short walk to attractions in Segovia. Underground parking for motorbikes, which was great. Our room in the eaves of this lovely building was quite dark. One of the bedside lamps wasn't working and neither was the hairdryer. For the price and general appearance as you entered the hotel, I was expecting a better room. Adequate for an overnight stay. Reception stay were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, more than enough options.

Superb location for exploring Segovia. All the staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Parking is below the hotel at 18 Euros which meant peace of mind. Lovely breakfast in the morning so well worth taking that option. I was worried about driving in the old town to reach the hotel but it was very easy. Remember to book parking in advance with the hotel (I didn't).

Watch out for the last floor: almost no daylight in the room, not nice. No views at all. 1 large bed was made of two single ones, with separate linen sets.

Our room on the 3rd floor was a little gloomy with only velux windows for natural light. There was also a small step in the room which was not well lit. My wife who has sight problems managed to fall over this in the night.

The location of the hotel is superb. Easy walking to most of the major sights.

Very helpfull.staff at the reception, suggested when we left to make a 10km detour to visit the Palace at La Granja de San Ildefonso, it is an amazing place, go there if you can.

One of the staff members help me buy a bus ticket that I made a mistake with. They were professional gracious, very kind and helpful. It’s beautiful place. I would recommend it to anyone.
