Good location. Clean rooms and good size bathroom. Good air conditioner (essential as it was 40 degrees outside!) Good no frills base to explore the city. Secure underground parking at additional cost.

There was absolutely nothing to fault. I would only point out that a large car (XC90) can be a tight fit in the underground car park but it is manageable. Every other aspect of our stay was beyond expectations and both the staff and the facilities were excellent. For our purpose of an overnight break on the drive from central France to mid-Spain this was a fabulous hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel. Modern, well appointed and superb location. The welcome and advice given when we arrived was so natural and friendly it felt like we were returning to a regular haunt but this actually was our first visit. The location is amazing. Almost on the river bank, by a bridge and right on the edge of the Old Town. This gave us a stunning view from our room which faced the river and had a balcony that was perfect for taking in the whole ambience of the city at night and in the morning. Zaragoza is a beautiful, vibrant and historic city. The hotel is by a tram stop and opposite a preserved section of the old Roman walls. Perfect for anyone wishing to sightsee. We had our small dog with us and he was delighted to find that the hotel had provided a bed for him and a bone shaped dual feed and water bowl with some nibbles. That was so considerate and I think that is the first time any hotel has been so thoughtful. We ate alfresco in a nearby restaurant / bar and strolled the old town streets before a nightcap and then a good nights rest. Breakfast was a very well provisioned buffet which we ate in the reception bar area as the dog was not allowed into the restaurant. Again the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. What a lovely hotel and a brilliant find.

Great to have parking although as with all city centre hotels you have to pay, the actual car park is underneath the hotel and can be quite tricky to access we have a four by four but that really was the only issue and we managed.

Lovely big room with balcony, air con was definitely needed. Ideal location by the river and near the basilica and cathedral. Staff were helpful we did not eat there as we had an email saying breakfast was 63 euro each, I presume that must have been incorrect but we decided to eat in front of the basilica as it was a beautiful morning

The price seems reasanonable at the time of booking, but one has to bear in mind that all additional services (parking, breakfast, pet, etc) makes the final price quite expensive.

Great location only moments from Market, shopping, El Tubo, bars, restaurants. Also a 20 minute walk along river to Aljaferia palace. Could have caught bus from across road from hotel there too Tram stop there too. Room quiet, very comfortable, good facilities. Excellent breakfast, and good evening meal too. Even a bath as well as shower!

The location was perfect! The breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to a lot of interesting things to see in the older downtown area…easy walk for sightseeing!
