Pool area and activities for kids was great fun

The hotel is on a hill, you have to be quiet fit to walk up and down it. There are no bars close to the hotel if you fancy a change. A taxi into town however is less than five euros.

The food is excellent 👍. The meal times are great. There were no queues for food. One day when it rained and everybody stayed in the hotel it was a bit chaotic tho.

Food selection a bit lacking when you have fussy kids. What was there was good to though.

Lovely rooms, pools were brilliant. Plenty for the kids to do. Staff were utterly brilliant. Cannot fault one bit.

Pool area quite small so got busy. Played volleyball in front of swim up bar so couldn't pass. Rooms don’t have balconies

Worn bedroom facilities , children's water park slides completely in shade (OCTOBER)

We liked the activities for children and location of the hotel, also great value for money if you go for all inclusive option. ( booked direct through hotel for better price ) Food was better than expected and good choice .

Waterslides old and worn- the joins hurt. Gym was pointless. Lifts hardly worked causing huge lineups and wasted time everyday. Waterpark in photos looked great and huge- totally different to what it is actually like.

Great for families, lots of food choices, few min walk to beach and main strip.

The water park was smaller than it looks in the photos but still better than everywhere else nearby. Not enough sun beds by the pool for the amount of guests in hotel

I was on the 12th floor, which although not high for Benidorm standard, unfortunately no WiFi/ mobile signal at that height

Very clean hotel, great staff. 5 minutes walk to sea front. 10 minutes in a taxi/ bus to benidorm centre. Great location, more relaxing than benidorm centre. Beach ideal for families.

When we arrived just after 12 am they could not find our booking, and it took about 30-45 min to figure it out, and the kids were so tiard. But everything went well and he found the booking. He was very nice, but the lost booking was frightening.

Amount of food selection that is too much. also the drink from the bar, if you return the empty glass, they will fill up etc so that can be control of waste drinks also control of empty glass every where in the hotel, sometimes I could see the empty glass in the lift.

Great location both shopping and beach. Room size is good enough for family stay, they could do better arrangement of breakfast as I could imagine how much daily wasted food.

Room and building itself is not new and need some investment into renovating. Big building with not obvious routes and its easy to get lost. Personal on reception looks not very happy. Huge amount of people, pool is small and overloaded. Room seems to be clear. But air conditioning is very noisy and for me it’s impossible to sleep with it.

Close to the sea. Location is great. Food is ok but could be more diverse. Aquapark is great.

Rooms need updating Wi-Fi doesn’t work. But having said that Worst part was having to come home

Hotel was funky staff friendly pools and slides amazing. Room was ok but dated food always difficult to pls all nations. The location is at the top of a killer hill such a shame that hotel isn’t beach side.

Lack of adult entertainment on an evening. Apart from that, nothing to complain about.
