Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room was small but efficient. Very clean and tidy. The windows blocked all the road noise. The rooftop pool was very nice - just a shame that the thunder came to rain on my parade! The morning breakfast and shuttle to the airport were very convenient.

United StatesThe room was modern and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property is close to the airport and offers airport transfers. The property is also within walking distance of bus stops and a metro station, so getting around Madrid is pretty easy. The breakfast was very sufficient. There is a rooftop deck and pool. I was only staying in Madrid for a couple of nights, and this property met all my needs for a brief stay.

United StatesUnfortunately I only spent a few hours overnight. The bed is on the hard side which was not a problem for me but if you are looking for something soft to sink into, they might have a higher category of accommodation than the single travelers room. Also, if you're a larger person, the toilet and shower is very compact.
Very nice and quiet little room. Compact but everything you need, plus a fridge. Super clean, modern and classy design. Wonderful greeting by Marius at almost midnight. Everyone was nice including the man who drove the free shuttle to the airport. Good breakfast with sufficient options (but no hot food other than if you toasted some bread). Comfortable dining area. You check in at one building and depending on what your room type is, you might walk to another building in less than 1 minute. Sounds odd but works well. All gates and building doors open easily with your key card. When entering your room, you must insert your key card to activate the lights, etc. I would definitely return here. Bien hecho!

SwedenRooms at the lower floor are in the basement, with small windows at ground level. Somewhat thin doors, which means you can hear loud neighbours.
Comfortable room. Nice and quick reception service. Good breakfast with nice outdoor seating. Hard matress, as appears to be the standard in Spain, which worked fine for me but not great if you need a softer bed. 15 min walking distance from the large IFEMA Palacio Municipal de Congresos conference center.

PhilippinesThere was not elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase through the stairs. The person working in the reception during the afternoon gave me wrong information about the hotel transportation and was not friendly. Also, she made a negative comment about her colleague, what I found inappropriate. The area is a working neighbor with little to explore.
I like that the transportation from the airport to the hotel and viceversa was included in the price. Also, most of the staff were friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable.
