Location of the hotel is perfect - a short walk to the main sights. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The rooftop bar was an added bonus with great views of the City. Very helpful and attentive staff.

Awaiting responses, BUT they charged me twice for the one night's accommodation, Euros 178.50 , first debit to my credit card ending in 7264 on 30th july and second on 5th August 2025. Therefore, need one to be refunded.

Used hotel restaurant first night as arrived quite late. Usual fuss about "have you booked". Offered blatently worst table which we refused. Restaurant quite busy but that table was never needed. Food unimpressive anyway.

Hotel offered a good deal on room with terrace. Big room anyway; terrace was gorgeous, just being able to lounge on it made the stay. Location couldn't be beaten either.

I had to leave a night earlier than planned and informed the hotel upon my arrival. Despite this, I was still charged for the unused night, which was quite disappointing. It would have been more considerate if they had waived the charge entirely, offered a partial refund, or at the very least, not billed me for the small amount from the rooftop bar. While it's not a major issue, a more flexible and understanding approach would have been appreciated.

Excellent location, big room – very clean, with a spacious bathroom and good air conditioning. The hotel is quiet, yet centrally located, making it easy to return for a rest during the day. The breakfast was very good, and the rooftop bar offers a beautiful view of the city. Welcome drink provided by the hotel at rooftop bar is appritiated. There's also a taxi stand right in front of the hotel, which was especially convenient since I wasn’t able to book a Bolt.

There wasn’t a great selection at breakfast, did not have the hot food as it wasn’t very warm

It was great to arrive after a long time flying to be given a glass of cava. The staff were all brilliant and very obliging only too willing to help you in any situation from Alvera and his staff to the food hall, the cleaners etc. The Hotel is right in the centre of the old town near to the tram and shops, the roof terrace where one had drinks had such an amazing view all over Seville, would love to come back

No soundproofing from upstairs....common problem in most hotels
