Only slightly disappointment was the bathroom which perhaps is ready for an upgrade. A small detail but an inconvenience...towel rail over bath was very high as was the hand soap by the hand basin.

The location was very good. Parking on site was good and discount for pre booked breakfast was also good, as was the breakfast itself. One receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the large terrace was nice. Plentiful supply of bottled water was appreciated.

The air conditioning was not working in the building. Front desk staff let us know before checking us in and offered to show us the room. We accepted to stay, it was not nice, as it was a hot day.

Good location, parking in the basement. We could walk to everywhere in the center, which was important for us. Nice place overall. Had a great breakfast, it was not included in our booking and we woke up late, so the staff stayed extra time so we could finish our meal.

The location was perfect. The hotel was clean, the staff (particularly Ana), were very friendly and accommodating. The car park was really good and quite spacious. There was plenty of choice at breakfast.

On arrival they explained that they had a problem with the air conditioning. It was working but only just and in a very hot night it made it a little uncomfortable but these things happen. One of our party requested and was supplied with a fan and we all got free parking so the hotel could not have done much more.

Location is great. Walking distance to the Cathedral and lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. It's basic but very well located and for the price it was a good base in the town centre.

The main downside was the condition of the room as it seemed quite dated, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, which could be uncomfortable during warmer nights. Fortunately, the weather was mild during our stay, but it’s something to keep in mind.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the historic downtown — and having on-site parking available (even at an additional cost) was a big plus. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. The staff was really friendly and helpful, providing us with great information on how to get around town.

Location was excellent a short walk to the main shopping area and restaurants. The room was large with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was sufficient, consisting of hot and cold items. Parking was easy in the on site car park. Directly opposite the hotel down a side street there is an ice cream shop, two bars and a Chinese Restaurant all very reasonable priced due to being away from the main shopping area.

Given the heat it would have been nice to have a minibar stocked with some water bottles and for the price at least one complimentary bottle would have been much appreciated.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast on offer was outstanding! For us the location was also perfect as we wanted to explore the town and also go to the Feria and we were kind of in the middle of both. We also much enjoyed taking the horse drawn carriages always parked outside the hotel's entrance.

The basement breakfast room was a little gloomy and became noisy once a couple of groups (6-8 people) were eating and chatting

There was a good selection of food at breakfast. The staff were helpful, and worked hard to keep the area tidy. Reception staff were friendly.

Unfortunately quite loud and rude couple in the next room to us. Politely requested to lower noise as insulation not great to which they replied “sorry love, but we are on holiday”. Meaning we will carry on being loud. Not hotels fault at all.

The location is unaccessible by public transport from the train station. Thus, you need to walk15-20 minutes if you don't want to take a taxi. The hotel is little bit older than it appears on the photos.

The bed is very confortable and the location is quite calm.

We had difficulty locating the hotel while travelling by car. Perhaps it was just the sat nav not understanding the address in that main thoroughfare, one-way circumambulatory system.

Central location very convenient for most places of interest. The Alcázar, cathedral, etc., are 11 or 12 minutes' walk away, and lots of restaurants and bars will be passed (or not!) on the way. Having a car park on site is a big bonus in this city centre location for those, like us, arriving by car. The room was a decent size, comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was all that was required. The breakfast was more than adequate for us with a good selection of most things. The staff were friendly too! We'd certainly stay in this hotel again.
