Staff was really helpful and friendly aslo breakfast was good

The location was amazing. The staff was very helpful.

Breakfast could be better

The room and bathroom were small but enough for two. The breakfast was satisfying. The staff were friendly and provided us with some information about the city as well. The building has an elevator.

The room size could be bigger.

Location and friendly personel

Excellent accommodation. The location is wonderful; we walked around the city on foot. The room had everything we needed, especially air conditioning, as we visited in the middle of summer, and Seville's temperatures were 40 degrees Celsius. The staff is very attentive and polite, eager to provide a pleasant experience for guests. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast (we hadn't remembered we were entitled to it), which was not luxurious but very tasty. I will definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends visiting Seville.

The shower area is very cramped, really cramped. A standard-sized adult man like me has some difficulty showering.

This place should be closed or completely renovated. Dreadful, terrible hotel, very dirty. Room was small, very stinky, so it was hard to breathe. This place is disgusting, filthy. Room was very basic. The mattress is very old and smell. The water was dripping through the holes in the ceiling just above the toilet. Regarding breakfast, it only had sliced bread, very low-quality cheese, packets of butter and jam, terrible juices that tasted like water, milk and coffee. It was inedible, there was no cereal... Room Overpriced. I do not recommend this place since what they show on the internet is all false compared to what it is.

Great location in the centre, kind stuff, good breakfast.

The arrangement of the room wasn't the best, we didn't really have much space and the windows were close to the neighbor rooms' window so we could hear everything.

Friendly staff and relatively convenient location，overall passable.

I sincerely think the property deserves a renovation, wall and desk paintings are peeling off. Also, breakfast choices can be more diversified.

Quite noisy overnight. Bathroom - no ventilation so ceiling a little mouldy, shower water temperature fluctuates.
