Check in was a nightmare. Felt sorry for the staff who had to take over where the machine failed.

Comfortable room with everything you need. Although worth noting if traveling as two adults needing separate sleeping quarters, the bedroom wall has a large cut out at the top of the wall so good luck if traveling with a snorer! The pool was fine but not open when advertised which didn't bother us but dissappointed little kids waiting for a swim on a very hot day. The location is good if you're after somewhere quiet on the outskirts of the city. Ample free street parking in front of the hotel made traveling with a rental car super easy. Check-in is farcical which isn't the staff's fault and they helped but it was ridiculously onerous and the next day there was a disgruntled mob waiting to check in when the machine broke down and reception wasn't manned until midday. If they sorted out check in and the pool, it could be a great hotel. There's a good cafe for breakfast next door too.

Not dirty but you don’t get the feeling that is very clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from next door or from the floors above. Way too far from the city

Check in a bit tedious. Nobody around to ask anything. My hairdryer kept overheating so it was impossible to dry my hair and there was nobody to ask nor to order a taxi to get to the train station. In fact I ordered 4 taxis on Sunday morning which all got cancelled and again there was nobody to help. If it hadnt been been for a wonderful member of the public we would have missed our train. She gave us a lift!!

Located a bit further out from center, so consider you will have to take the train/bus to get to the hotel or travel back. Ca. 40 min to Center of Barcelona. Lack of receptionist is a down-side. The self-check-in is also difficult and time-consuming.

Great value for money. Nice area of Barcelona. Rooms and spacious and comfortable. good size bathroom. AC, fridge/freeze, cooker, microwave, TV. Really has everything you need. Swimming pool in the back is a real game-changer when it gets hot outside!

There was no working reception. Towels were missing and there was no one to help. Speaking to someone at distance doesn't help. The door code was in an email and I was not aware. There were no information on this near the check-in machine. Had to ask to other guests.

Waited way too long in front of the self check in machine. The smell in the room was really horrible (216). The hotel looks really worn-out, like last renovation was last century. Widow curtains were dirty.

Price. Towels and sheets were clean. Place was large enough. Although was far fom the city center it was not so dificult to travel, neighbourhood was OK, shops restaurants, coffee shops.

There was a molding smell in the entire place. The bathroom has some mold in the shower. The corners of the bathroom were not clean as well as the base of the toilet. There was a mop inside the bathroom that could be the source of the mold smell in the accommodation.

The facilities are well equipped with clean beds and sheets, a kitchen with all utensils, a fridge and Electric Kettle to heat up water. They provided water and herbal infusions. Spacious room in a very calm neighborhood, not many tourist, and good steakhouse nearby (Uruguay food). The hotel has a good security system. I managed to do the self check-in in 15 minutes.

It definitely needs a bit of renovating, a big minus is that you can hear almost everything from the corridor other rooms- even the clock alarm :/ It’s near the tram stops - 4 minute walk and it takes about 20 min to metro stops. But still it takes about 40 minutes to get to centre e.g La Rambla and you need to spend money on tickets. No cleaning and no towels changing is included.

There is sufficient equipment in the small kitchen and hair dryer in the bathroom.

- self check-in is sooo slow - don't know why this couldn't be entered on the website prior the arrival and then the documents scanned for confirmation only - no electric sockets anywhere in the bedroom - all the furniture is very dated - everything the room has basically seen better days - double bed was two single ones - couldn't make the aircon work on different temperatures - it was just blowing like 19 degrees no matter what I set and something was leaking

- big enough bathroom with all the shampoo and body lotion - cleaning staff was helpful when needed - walking distance to Mercadona - bus stop very close, tram stop like 5-7 minutes away - not as expensive as other options

Floor was not very clean. Bathroom had a bit of smell due to wet mops having no air to dry properly. Shower curtain was too short and if you touch by mistake while showering, it floods the bathroom floor very badly. It could be avoided if it’s a bit longer.

The process of automatic registration and the queie to this registration where annoying and took ca. 45 minutes. It was very cold in the room, especially before morning (ca. 4-6 am.). The hotel is very far from any metro station.
