The elevator was not functional, and the AC was not properly working. It was very warm in the room during the night.

The location is great, close to the beach. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good.

The location is superb, right on the beach. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the basic amenities. I'm glad I've booked with El Coso, would definitely do it again.

- no elevator - ac kinda old and half broken - a few towels were dirty and had hair - breakfast a bit dirty plates(sticky) and glasses - few options for breakfast, realised after a while the may have a few more options but only if you ask

- very spacious rooms - modern rooms - excelent placement (on the beach) - changed sheets daily without us asking

Unfortunately, there were several things I did not like. The only place with air conditioning was the room itself — as soon as you stepped outside, the heat was overwhelming. Another unpleasant experience was that some people were urinating outside, and there was a truck constantly running on the street in front, which made the area smelly and quite disturbing. At night, loud music could be heard from what seemed to be a nearby disco or club, which made it difficult to sleep. The staff spoke very little English, which made communication challenging at times. We had dinner included in our booking and ordered paella. However, while the local couple next to us received generous portions with more meat (like thighs), we were only served a very small amount. It felt like slight discrimination, which was disappointing. Overall, it served its purpose for a last-minute stay, but I wouldn’t choose to return.

Good location. WiFi very bad - slow at 6-10 MBps and frequently cuts off. Flat has lots of modern convenience's - kettle , toaster , microwave , dishwasher and washing machine.

the configuration of the apartment is very inconvenient. The bedroom is without windows, very small and at the opposite side of the apartment, away from the sea. and also - we were informed that we'd need to clean the kitchen (wash dishes, clean surfaces, take out the garbage) before the checkout, otherwise the fine would be 100 eur! so we did it all of course, not to pay the fine, but it took us time we could spend relaxing and not cleaning

The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is amazing. The restaurant downstairs is very pleasant, good food and service.

We stayed at a very quiet time. During the winter months, the boardwalk traffic is light so the noise is not loud but I am sure the summer months are louder. The only thing that was irritating to me was the email I received saying that we needed to upgrade our room choice because we had a dog. It said we needed to pick an apartment which I had done already. Lots of confusion with this. All was fine in the end.

We needed a place close to the port for the ferry to Mallorca. This place was perfect and we could have our dog with us. The apartment was very roomy and with a beautiful view. Also lots of restaurants nearby so that we did not need to drive anywhere. It was clean and well-supplied.

Driving to the location was a bit hairy, and when we arrived there was a works Christmas party going on. So it was all a bit chaotic, but the staff were very helpful and friendly. Because of the party, the parking arrangements weren't as simple as we expected. but it all worked out in the end. At night there was a night club with audibly loud music (400 metres approx distance) that went on until 3.30a.m. Not the hotel's fault, but something to bear in mind for light sleepers!

The room was comfortable and very spacious. Although we couldn't get the heating to work, the staff sorted it for us. The dinner was excellent, the breakfast only average.

Clean the balconies

Accommodation is fab. Beds very comfy and everything you need in the apartment. The view from the balconies are great but the cleanliness of the balconies left this property down.

The only thing was that out of the window there were other room's window and a noise like the engine of the air conditioners... and a smell of humidity or something else which doesn't depend on the cleanliness rather than the location of the room. I would also suggest to allow to turn on only one light only of the bed and to leave some paper and a pen on the desk, but it's just somethin additional to make it perfect.

We had booked the Junior suite with sea view, the layout was a little strange as the room was so narrow, the bed was first on the right & the TV was directly opposite, the sofa was next facing the blank wall & not possible to watch TV from, the window with the sea view was the entire width (narrow) of the room but there was no comfy chair to enjoy it from, we tried to turn the sofa but the room wasn't wide enough...

The location & the staff were so lovely, the continental breakfast was delish & plenty to choose from :)

Rooms very small, no outside light or views. Safety deposit box was broken. Reception did nothing to fix it. Private parties on the roof 2 nights , DJ music filled the rooms until 2 in the morning.

Breakfast was okay, but slightly disappointing.

The room was decent enough, although a bit dark. Comfortable and the air con made it nice and chilled in the July heat. The hotel itself is very nice, with lots of artwork of a nautical theme.
