Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It is close to a very nice beach, walking distance. We had room on 26th floor with wonderful view! Nice breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed, minibar included in price. Bus and tram station next to the hotel, metro 250 m from the hotel. Big shopping center next to the hotel with a lot of restaurants.

Stunning view from our room and balcony, of the spectacular Barcelona seafront and skyline. Lovely cold air-conditionning, much needed! Friendly staff and nice healthy breakfast in the bar area ( we were a bit late for the buffet breakfast due to having a morning swim- another plus point, beach very near). We arrived so late due to delayed flight but used room service for supper- very tasty. Tye room was very large..... shame we only had one night here to start our Spain/ France tour!

The room was just my type of style, simple design, and excellent waterfall shower, which put the cherry on the cake. I stayed here for my birthday and received complimentary champagne and a cake — such a kind surprise from the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast had tons of options, and the rooftop pool with city views was incredible. The team was super friendly too.
