Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe pool was very small and there was a group of german guys who brought their own speaker and were blasting music & making alot of noise. Even though it’s forbidden to do this. None of the staff stopped them as they were very loud and you couldn’t relax. One of the guests complained to one of the staff members but nothing happened.
It was clean and near to the beach and bus stops (5min walk) metro (10min walk). The pool area was nice. The gym was well equipped for a hotel.

Choose this hotel if you are looking for a standart 4 star hotel with a good breakfast in a more quiet part of Barcelona. BahrainI didn’t like the staff member who checked us in — he was rude and unwelcoming. I know his name but prefer not to mention it. When we got to the room, the key cards didn’t work, and we had to go back down using one of the only two slow elevators, which involved a long wait. Two elevators are definitely not enough for a 12-floor building. I also didn’t like the swimming pool — it was too small. On the day of checkout, we unfortunately encountered the same rude staff member again, who informed us that late checkout would cost 80 euros. While I understand this might be the hotel policy, it should be communicated politely and professionally — not in a dismissive or mocking tone
I really liked the location — it was nice and well situated. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and I especially appreciated the staff who handled the luggage — they were professional and very helpful.

United KingdomBreakfast was just fine. It would have benefited from more choice, for example somebody cooking fresh pancakes. The scrambled eggs were not good. The shower was confusing to use and the bath did not drain properly. The keycards kept stopping working and the door to the pool needs addressing. It would have been good to have beach towels provided in the bedroom.
The location is super close to the beach, which is perfect. The room was very comfortable.

United KingdomWasn’t thrilled about the surprise 3rd party prepayment to UAE, instead of standard booking dot com payment. Booked a double room and got two single beds pushed together like an infant’s bedroom! A/C didn’t work in one of our rooms but they did fix it. Expected pool to be bigger. Water doesn’t reach to your knees when you stand up. Hotel was adults only so not sure why the pool seemed to be made to be baby friendly!
